very poor pathetic seevice. Its my last time using sasta ticket. The only reason I eas using serne air was due to good customer support but in crisis situation if you cannot timely respond not sure how and why should a customer trust you.

The bus was cancelled by Daewoo...yet despite my written request (by what's app) refund was not g9ven to me. This is very unprofessional and npt in line with best practices. Will never recommend this platform to anyone in future for buying bus/plane tickets.

Bough a ticket yesterday. Needed to cancel it due to a family emergency. It was to leave 10am 9th May, tried all night through all ways: Whatsapp text, helpline calls (around 20), and chat support to no avail. Pathetic service. Why can't I just automatically cancel?

Apart from the wait, even when go ahead was given to cancel the bookings, a delayed response for consent was still asked for absurdly. Moreover, giving customer not the option to cancel bookings is what caused much mess for both ends.

First of all, you people do not answer calls in emergencies and do not refund even after asking for a refund. Due to compulsion, I have cancelled my ticket but my ticket was not cancelled nor did I get my payment back. It has been a very bad experience. I would like to tell everyone to never purchase tickets from a cheap app.

unfortunately my flight was missed due misshap yesterday, but there is no proper refund policy. Now I have loss of Rs 20000.

Today I called on customer care several times, only to know if the flight which I booked is still going to operate as per schedule...but in vain many a times only the pre-recorded messages were played and finally asked for call back request, although I did request for call back by clicking #1, but no one called back, then I went to Sasta Ticket office at Bahadurabad Karachi, to my surprise they told me that this office has no customer care facilities, but one duty officer was very kind and he connected me with sast Ticket customer care and the represented online mentioned that he will try to connect with whatsApp. When I came back home I found the messages [07/05, 21:45] Sasta ticket Wattsapp: Dear Valued Customer, Welcome to Sastaticket.pk! I hope you're having an amazing day! My name is Muhammad and I'll be assisting you today!👋 [07/05, 21:46] Sasta ticket Wattsapp: Let us check, stay connected with us. [07/05, 21:54] Sasta ticket Wattsapp: As per your order ID *4106506,* please be informed that your flight is confirmed and on time as of now. [07/05, 21:54] Sasta ticket Wattsapp: As requested, please note the cancellation charges for Serene Air ticket(s) booked under order number *4106506* : *- PKR 3,500* per ticket, per sector, for cancellations made more than 4 hours before flight departure. *- PKR 5,000* per ticket, per sector, for cancellations made within 4 hours of flight departure or in case of no-show. - No refund is applicable after *29 days* from the flight departure date. Tickets will be valid until the 29th day after the flight departure, and penalties are charged per passenger per segment. NOW I SIMPLY WANT TO CANCEL THE TICKET AND GET THE REFUND. According to your title, you are not sasta. I bought the same ticket from Air Sial app on 17075 which you were selling on 19500 ..... I have found that you guys are making fool to normal human being. You are fraudulent, because you are taking credit card charges also, wow unbelievable. I will never suggest anyone to use sastaticket anymore, they are not susta. Thanks

Worst refund policy which said that it will refund in 7 to 10 days but they never do that and alway reply with that it will take 24 to 48 hours but nothing will they do and any action they take they just tell what you want to hear but never do their work
