I needed to purchase 2 time the ticket and wasted 465000. Because no one inform me about the change of policy ok UK. Via call they ask me they tried to call and email but I didn’t receive mail as well. And the worst thing was no one admit the mistake. So i need to purchase a ticket for 2 times at same day. Lolx if you do this to me now and will not compensate me then how i can spread your name in international market. I am a regular traveler maybe after view this review and at least 50% of refund will make your name prior in my mind. Thanks

One of the worst services I've experienced. I'm never booking through them again. I had booked my flight from Lahore to Chicago, round trip. Once I was in the USA, I had a change of plan and wanted my return flight to be changed: wanted to fly out from New York, this was requested over 10 days in advance to my departure date. After speaking to them, they quoted me an amount that will need to be paid for this change request, I agreed to pay. They then said a representative of theirs will call in 10 minutes to generate payment details. I NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL. Then following days I kept calling them everyday, and explaining my situation to a new representative each time, each time they said its a system error and I will be called in further 24 hours with update. GUESS WHAT? They never called. After a week of chasing them around constantly nothing was happening, by this time I was alreeady in New york and I didn't know if I have to fly back to Chicago to catch my flight back from from there. Imagine being on you vacation and being in a complete state of stress and panic due to poor customer support. The time difference issue was the worst, because they were not availbale during the day hours US time. The flight from New York was on Friday night, and it was only on Wednesday night time that they called me constantly after midnight to get this process finally intiated - I was up all night just to get this done as they have 10 hoops to jump from just for a simple change. And guess what? The amount that they quoted to me a week ago (which I agreed to pay) was no longer valid, and now they wanted ME to pay more because the fair difference had increased since the flight was just 2/3 days away. PATHETIC. I can't stress enough how much dismofort and mental fatigue this experience has caused me. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING FROM THEM.

I was disapointed by your service as you have charged 1250 rupee extra than my original purchase. Price of same ticket was cheaper on company website and bookme also I am frequent flyer and i do book tickets from multiple sites and they never charge service fee (hidden fee)which you have charged me Price of ticket was 23000 and you have charged total of 24550 rupees

Their is no system to change order. If I select bus timing for 10 June and then I requested them to change but they refused and said to cancel my order and again order. And in the cancellation of order 30% cut. How's cheap system.

Hay, yeaterday I called your help line to modify my tickets, waited online for long, but no luck. I also had a chat on Wtsapp, got a feedback that soon our representative will contact, but again no response. Late in the evening saw text on Wtsapp.

Very Poor Experience with Sastaticket Sastaticket has disabled their WhatsApp support, forcing customers to call their UAN number, claiming it's to improve service. But it’s been nothing but trouble. After struggling to get through, I was told I must call from my registered number which wasn’t available. I requested to connect via WhatsApp call or even send a message, but they refused. Email was the only other option, and despite multiple emails, I got no response. All I wanted was to change a ticket, but ended up going to the airline office myself and changed my ticket. Their support used to be decent via chat, now it’s frustrating. They charge a service fee but provide no real service. Terrible experience. Not recommended.

The price guarantee is only a gimmick, Other websites are selling the same ticket at a lower price, sasta ticket shows a lower a fare and charged 1800 service fee which is very strange.

Poor communication support team on WhatsApp and refund system is very poor totally fraud on WhatsApp get customer support team message after 1 hour .
