(1): SastaTicket.pk is totally unreliable! I booked two tickets — one visit visa and one local — and they booked both as one-way. No support, no refund, no return ticket. Stay away!" (2): Customer service is a joke. They promised a voucher for a return ticket and never sent it. Now they don’t even answer calls. Worst experience ever!" (3): Booked tickets from Faisalabad to Bahrain. Made a mistake, contacted support, but they ignored me after taking the money. Scam-like behavior!" (4): Lost money and time with SastaTicket.pk. No responsibility, no proper help. Don’t trust them for international travel!" (5) "They ruined my travel plan. Gave wrong tickets, promised to fix it, and then disappeared. Extremely poor service!"

I booked flight through you. Flight delayed for 5 hours. It’s not matter of delay but neither airline nor Sastaticket messaged well in time regarding rescheduling of flight. I arrived at 7pm on airport and they told me flight will be delayed till 1:30 am the next day. 7 hours waiting without not even offered water by the airline. Till 9:30 pm no responsible person was available to assist. Fly Jinnah counter the rep was totally blank. Very bad experience from sastaticket as well as Fly Jinnah airline. Next time I will never book through sastaticket

You canceled the flight, but we are the ones facing humiliation. And now you're not even processing the refund. I'm calling your helpline, but no one is answering. When I message on WhatsApp, I get a reply after 5 hours. Every time I talk to a new representative and have to explain my issue all over again. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This is the last time I’m booking a ticket from your website. I won’t use it again in the future, nor will I recommend it to anyone. In fact, I’ll advise those who are currently using it to stop as well.

Your service has considerably degraded. Poor customer service attitude, confused responses and lots of to and fro calling just to get a ticket refunded. Earlier it used to be one call solution and everything used to be sorted there and then.

I was frequently user of sasta ticket There was no service charges till few week before. Also you are charging the credit card fees more than other online apps. I am not being charged such as service fee by another online app and very little amount of credit card fees.

I am contacting on yr WhatsApp last 2 days for my e-visa for ok to board stamp but no body reply nor phone number- if someone has one day or some hours for this than they cannot fly.

Dear Sastaticket.pk Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the handling of my recent booking made through your website which I paid by Credit Card. I received a booking confirmation, along with the PNR and ticket details, which indicated that my reservation was successfully processed. However, I was later contacted by a representative from your team, who asked me to pay an additional Rs. 7,000 — despite my booking already being confirmed and paid for. To clarify the situation, I contacted SereneAir directly and was shocked to learn that Sastaticket.pk had initiated a refund request for my booking without my consent. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Once a ticket is issued and paid for, it is your responsibility to honor the booking especially when the customer has done everything correctly on their end. Requesting extra payment after confirmation, and then initiating a refund behind the customer's back, reflects poorly on your company’s integrity and customer service.
