Third class service for international ticket booking, no correspondence with the clint , jab call kro tou naye baat krte sir yeh Krna tha wo krna, aik banda aik baat krte 1 ghante bad call karo to dusra Banda call utha Kar dusri baat karta hai this is how you dealing ? Ticket hai thoda mahanga bech de but please work on your services for international ticket

The representatives takes hours if not days to respond. The UAN number is unresponsive. The customer service is almost non-existent.

I am waiting for my refund on account of cancelled flight for last 9 days. When it the turn of payment from our side we pay in seconds then you confirm ticket. But when it is the turn of refund then you people make the process lengthyyyyyyyy............ Very poor experience with your company. Will never buy tickets through sasta ticket.com.pk and will never refer in one. Order ID 4003671

Extremely Disappointed with Sastaticket Helpline I've been trying to reach Sastaticket's helpline the entire day, I've called at least 20 times, and no one picked up. I also messaged them on WhatsApp but received no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on timely support for travel plans. Very frustrating experience.
