It was a disaster, I was late only 2 min and the bus was still standing there and the bus service told me bus had left we can't issue any ticket now, you have to call online services where you booked the ticket from, I called and the rep told me that there can't be anything done. I ended up paying for the ticket fee again although I didn't got my money from the previous missed bus as well. Never gonna use this service again..

We waited 5 to 6 hours because of your "sasti" service. Because it was not showing up our ticket in their (FMBT Bus Service) system. Never gonna try again and not recommended. Your company don't have balls to at least attend call of callback.

Im a old customer of sasta ticket and always prefer to buy here. I tried reaching out through chat and Whatsapp no reply for hours. And I had to just buy it from airblue directly. This was not the case for ages why I prefer sastaticket is because of customer service. It's the first time I'm disappointed
