Your services are very welcome & appreciated but please don't allow serene Air booked through your platform. I am bery disappointed from there service & behave of there call centre, my 2 flights are cancelled in 1 month and they are not changing the ticket.

The purchasing process is pretty fast, but the refund system takes too long (10 business days) which isn't acceptable at all. Please make the refund system faster. The refund system should be as faster as the purchase system.

Plenty of leg room, safe storage for luggage, modern high standard bus. I had issues trying to make online payment especially with the OTP from the bank kept getting logged out of the account or OTP was getting to me late so I ran out of time, very, very, frustrating and time consuming.

Price changes at the very end, when you have to pay. Whatever that tax is, you should include beforehand and not showing it on the payment page !

The general response was good. but I was charged a fat SERVICE FEE which I was not expecting. I frequently buy tickets thru Sasta Ticket but I don't remember having paid any service fee before.

The agent I spoke with was extremely courteous. However, I was not able to complete the transaction using my visa card from a prestigious bank of North America. The transaction was canceled and I was prompted to contact the anti-fraud department of my bank.

It is very easy and with normal price compare to purchasing tickets from a travel agent. But the thing which I don't like I was given rate of 37 thousand but at the end of completion my application the final rate they charge me 42 thousand.
