They have started charging 1300 service fee which is too much.

They mentioned on their app points can be redeemed on bus but they declined when i ask the customer service they told me points are only for flights

Your website is taking too much time to open. Secondly, one time I was trying to cancel my ticket but whenever I click cancel option there was unexpected errors pops up and I could not perform any activity. Kindly update and upgrade your website.

The cheapest price were not shown but when I cross checked from air line web site. Then I purchased . Your cheapest price was around 29000 although another flight to same destination, same Dr and time was available but not shown … why ???

We want to buy cheaper tickets and your app displays the lowest fares available, which is a great feature. However, the situation changes when you add service charges of around 7–10%. This raises the question, why should a customer buy through your platform instead of going directly to the airline? Consider earning your commission from the airlines rather than charging the customer. If you're already receiving compensation from the airlines then charging the customer as well doesn’t reflect well on your business model.

You charged an extra amount of 2300 to that of original amount. I was unable to book the ticket from the original app of AIRBLUE. so I had to purchase via sastatickrt website.
