E ticket is not in proper format in comparison with airarabia or any other website, So please improve your ticket print, I also faing some problem on airport as they 1st not recognise the ticket but after verification they allow me to travel. Thanks, Alo I am proud of you as a Pakistani product.

The service/platform has deteriorated over the period in terms of customer satisfaction. It was a cheap way of adding 2-charges in the shown ticket price. I-charge not even explained whereas the other charge of payment via credit card. Furthermore it came without seat confirmation/option. In total disappointment.

I was scammed to purchase a new ticket for the same flight that was rescheduled from 5:15 to 9:15 from Dubai to Islamabad. The bad thing is nobody has mentioned that this is the same flight you don’t need to change and pay the extra charges of PKR20K

Very bad customer service and won’t pay my refund since 26 December.I checked with Serene Airline they already refund the money for cancellation of flight but Sasta ticket playing with me that your refund has been processed and check with your bank,when I checked with bank they said no Transaction has been done from them so please stop lying with customer and stop earning haram money from your customers

This ratting just for the Online ticketing service, but with this facilities you should mention that either they have charging, management facilities or not. Totally b*l Sh*t service of the Daewoo express. On this time when I'm writing still on the root I still didn't reached my destination.

On your site, it was mentioned that if we pay via HBL direct account then a discount of 850 rupees will be given but on payment full price was deducted. If you don't want to give discount then don't show it in payment options.

Hi, Yes sure would love to address a very crucial and very important issue that i have experienced. i.e. the page where an applicant fills the personal data you must mention against each field in brackets that the information should exactly match as given in the passport . also you should give a flash message to that before entering information in field keep a copy of passport in front of you so that there should be zero error margin Also once submitted, share a preview page before submission so that the applicant can again check the information and match with the passport. then once he confirms on preview page only then it should be submitted It is very very important that information required and how it is required should be mentioned at multiple times and specially against each field that will definitely avoid confusions and issues that may arise because of minor human errors Regards Adeel Ahmed
