I’ve always booked my tickets through Sasta Tickets, but this time an unexpected charge of Rs. 3400 was added, which was disappointing. Due to this charge, I’m not satisfied with the experience. Next time, I’ll book directly to avoid such issues. Thank you.

Very poor response, my almost whole day was busy in calling but without any reply despite I pressed many times 1, which was also without any response. At last at about 10pm I received a call when my query was resolved.

The response time was too late. I contacted support center and they returned back with call after 8 hours and that too at sleeping time.

My flight got cancelled but there is no response or support from your side. Also, your WhatsApp takes hours to connect and minutes to disconnect if we are not there. Obviously we cannot wait in front of screen for hours

Everything is smooth when customer paid, but if due to some reason customer cancelled his ticket or company have to refund him, it's become headache. Try to resolve this, make this easier or faster,

Since last two days i have been calling your help line but your CS service is down n no one receives call neither they call back. Even response at whatsapp is so bad i am receiving reply after 1.5 hours…..

Because I book a seat but unfortunately my flight postponed and I was trying to change my bus time. But Sasta agent said we can't provide you to service and also deducted penalty from my refund. Moreover they told me that you will receive your amount 7 to 8 working days.

Whats app service is very time taking and call representative un trained and wasted my time to address my issue i called on call centre then issue was resolved but on whatsapp i was regretting why i used this app to travel otherwise all ok
