“I’d like to share my experience using your services. Firstly, I want to commend you on your website — it is truly excellent. The user interface is intuitive, and the overall booking experience is smooth and efficient. I also appreciate the secure payment options, which added to my confidence in using your platform. However, I did face issues with your customer service. Despite the stated wait time of just 6 minutes, I experienced significant delays in getting a response. Additionally, when I tried calling your customer support from Saudi Arabia, the automated system prompted me to press “1” to speak with a flight specialist. Unfortunately, even after pressing the number multiple times, the call did not proceed as expected. I hope you can look into improving the responsiveness of your support team and resolving technical issues with your phone system. With these enhancements, your service could be truly outstanding. Thank you.”

“Seamless booking but the service fee has increased to Rs-1500 which is way too high. People use Sastaticket for affordable prices and this service fee is counter productive to that. Also, previously I have booked flights through sastaticket and there were some major delays. I understand that it is not a problem at your end but maybe do not work with airlines which regularly screw over their passengers. People travel for different reasons including emergencies and these experiences make everything harder for them.”

“It was a good experience I would have rated more if the response was bit quicker by your system in acknowledgement of payment and transmission of tickets Further i didn’t like to go and get a hard copy from terminal when i have a soft copy of ticket in mobile phone These are my views only”

“Time and time again I have selected this service and had a smooth journey at the airport. Rates are almost same at direct airline purchase. Refund policy is simple and upfront. I got stuck during this war time may 7-10 2025. The people at CS were trying their best to accommodate everyone. They were courteous and provided all answers…I felt assured that my money will not go down the drain hence got wallet refund. Eventually got a flight and I am back home. Thank you to the team and everyone who worked during an on going war situation and got stuck with displaced customers.”

“Since the issue is in national level I understand that support can take time, but one point I thought no one is going to answer. And finally I got a response that to understandable and supportive. What I'll look forward to is more consistent support when even like war or attacks are happening. And people are either stuck or worried. What actually helps is a human being answering their queries and making sure that they are heard. No chatbots not call recordings can ever help like a human interaction does.”
