“Very quick on decisioning. Simple to use site. However I don't like that when you log in you do not have option or opportunity to make a payment.”

“Quick and simple application. Terms and conditions easy to find and explained in simple to understand jargon. Staff if you need to call are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They try their hardest to resolve the problem. The negative, and whilst I know no one forces you to use them, is the very high interest rates. Those who use your services are often those in dire financial need who are turned down by banks and other lower cost lenders. All that happens is you find yourself even deeper in debt and the cycle becomes ever more vicious. The poorest get poorer while the richest get richer!”

“It was fast but when offered £2000 and I only took out a £100 loan and I paid back the 3 loans I’ve had with satsuma in the past early I think I should be able to take another loan for another amount”
