“I got the loan is requested. The application was so quick and easy and the money was in my account pretty much straight away”

“Satsuma Loans made me happy because it was simple to apply online but I can’t understand why I am charged 991% on one loan then the next I am being charged 1,246 approx. I am unable to find out in my portal what I am actually being charged.”

“Loan process great staff really nice BUT why it is taking such a big company to sort out everyone's online log in is silly.November and still can't log in just told no timescale not on have to ring for a new loans and it takes over 30 mins”

“It would be appreciated if the settlement figure could always be available alongside the other aspects of my account. I know Satsuma may prefer that all loans complete their course, however early settlement can save the customer and is allowed so why not give that information?”

“They actually made me upset because ironically I am making repayments IN ADVANCE and they have amazingly labeled my credit file as being under an arrangement. This will obviously be viewed negatively by other lenders and what was supposed to be helpful has now become a big problem. Their staff are however very helpful and friendly.”

“They are always very pleasant to speak to on the telephone but the website is shocking. You should be able to make payments via the website and also pay on payday rather than weekly.”
