Delivery was very quick. Would have been better still if told when dispatched.. Not set it up yet as it is a present .But should be Ok. Would use again.

Excellent service on delivery of new Lenovo PC. Selected Free Delivery (within 5 working days) and still arrived in a one hour time slot the following morning - within 24 hours of ordering.

Computing product just a described. Updated information after ordering and through delivery was very clear and concise to keep me informed. Collect+ service great for me and worked perfectly. My experience with Save on laptops was excellent and would use again.

Paid for next day delivery and did not receive the product next day. I have complained ask for a refund but have not heard anything.

The laptop was £100 less expensive than at PC world. Ordered late Friday, dispatched Monday, arrived Tuesday, without paying any express delivery charge.

Great price, and delivered on time, however no additional packing other than the manufacturers shipping box, no damage was found. Would definitely use again.

the laptop arrived in a black polythene bag which had ripped open at both ends - not what I would expect a laptop to be shipped in!

Hi, I apologise that you are not happy with the way you have received your item and I am sorry to hear that the polythene bag split during transit. A laptop comes packaged in a box ready for transport, it is industry standard that they are shipped in their retail packaging. We only add a polythene bag for security measures to disguise what is actually being sent out for delivery to you. Again I am sorry you are not happy with the way you have received your laptop, however the manufacturers packaging is more than sufficient for onwards delivery.

I have had no time to assess the quality of the computer, but I am very disappointed by the delivery arrangements by Collect+. As I knew I would probably be away from home from last Saturday, I had hoped the item would arrive during the week - on Wednesday or Thursday - so I could get it working before I went away. On Thursday the tracking system showed that the package had reached the Collect+ store at Hanwood, but had not been delivered & had gone back on the Wrexham van. On Friday morning I had a text & e-mail telling me that it was ready for collection at the store. I drove the three miles there to find that it was not there but 'might arrive later in the day'. I had no further notification so drove there on Saturday morning to find that it had arrived on the Friday afternoon. As I then had to leave to catch a train I have not had an opportunity to do more than open the package. Hugh Scriven hughscriven@hotmail.com
