“The reason I gave 4 🌟 is because it stated on the site that I could have delivery on a Wednesday and free postage but when I got to pay you then said it would be delivered on the following Tuesday at a cost of£4.95 which was a bit sneaky. I don't think you should do that. Delivery was excellent and the product is excellent I am very pleased with my purchase and I shall consider you for another order in the future”

“Delivery was delayed because of an issue with my card. It was claimed that the card address and delivery address did not match, despite both of them being my house. Could only get it resolved by sending photo of card although operator agreed both were the same - unnecessarily bureaucratic.”

“Product was at an excellent price and the purchasing experience was nice and simple. My only gripe was that I paid a premium for a Saturday delivery only to receive the product on the following Monday; otherwise all good.”

“Pretty quick and efficient service; customer services were able to sort out any queries I had before placing an order and helped me in deciding a laptop suited for my needs and for help in confirming warranty details after I had received my order. The laptop itself has only had one slight glitch on startup but after a factory reset its back to being absolutely fine.”

“The service and product is excellent however we did have an issue with the courier service not delivering on time after paying extra for a Saturday delivery but this was not down to save on laptops as it was dispatched to the couriers in plenty of time”

“Easy to order I bought 2 open boxed Acer Spin 5 laptops. Apart from the sales team not knowing the difference between an open boxed and a graded returned laptop. Both Laptops arrived in excellent condition like new. It said on the boxes EX DISPLAY. It is a great shame that there are no offers when you purchase more than one computer. All in all a good company I have previously purchased from this company and I have never had any problems.”
