“The laptop itself is excellent value for money. ASUS Zenbook UX330UA-FB276T However, I had a major issue whereby I would get Windows Blue Screens, freezing, etc. for no apparent reason. Had issues with multiple software packages including Google Chrome and Pioneer Rekordbox freezing. The issue was the Intel 620 video driver causing the issues (23.20.16.4849) which comes pre-installed on the laptop. I reverted back to a slightly older one (22.20.16.4836) which was on the Asus website (listed as the latest driver under the UX330UAK), and it now works fine. The drivers setup on these particular model of laptops clearly haven't been tested and are unstable. I suggest Asus are contacted about this or most customers of this laptop wont be happy and will probably return their laptops as faulty.”

“I ordered 2 laptops by mistake and customer support was very prompt and helpful, coming to a fast resolution. Laptop arrived on a Sunday despite specifically requesting a Saturday delivery. Would be been 5* otherwise.”

“Great service, fast and prompt delivery. I had to deduct a star because the laptop arrived covered in light condensation and this concerned me, although this has caused no problems, extra care should be taken to how they're packaged and stored.”

“Ordering was straightforward and delivery was made on time -within an hour slot provided that morning. Laptop was good value (£50 cheaper than anywhere else) and so far (after 2 days!) everything is working fine! Very pleased.”

“We ordered a desk top and laptop. The desk top came the next day and the laptop was delayed. I would advise save on laptops to check with DPD as they had left our laptop in the lobby area, where no one was and they had said I had signed for it. I had not signed for it, it was only found because I checked online and it said it had been delivered, so I went looking for it. As its a laptop I think this is very bad. However save laptops were very good price and themselves great customer service.”
