“great, the laptop is lovely in perfect condition, and the delivery was ahead of schedule, the only problem is I haven't yet received the activation code for the 12 month bulldog internet protection subscription I purchased along with the laptop and warranty, I am hoping i haven't just overlooked it, but if so could you please point me to it? Thank you very much.”

“With regards to delivery by DPD: they couldn't find our office, even though someone showed them where it was. Thy took a photo of a door where they said they had left a card, and there was no card at that address (which wasn't our door!!). Luckily was able to arrange collection the next day, but unusually poor service by DPD!”

“Bit of a problem because my chosen delivery point had been withdrawn but after that very good home delivery, on time and excellent information about the delivery time so no sitting in waiting for half a day.”

“Order was placed on the friday and it arrived on the saturday, its a present so hasnt been used yet, ordering was easy, and everything arrived together so all is good so far and i have no complaints.”

“I have just received the product and I am charging up to required charging time and I will try it. It is a Christmas gift for my grandson, hopefully he will like it. I can just say there are been a slight delay in delivery but the service is good. If ther is any problem, I will let you know. Thanks”

“I paid for saturday delivery and was pleased that it was delivered by DPD ,laptop is a refurb but looks brand new, that's all I can say so far I can't test it till monday because I'm hiding it away as it's a christmass present .”

“laptop was as advertised, a good courier service was used. I was given a 1 hour time slot for delivery emailed to me on delivery day. 2 day delivery slot achieved. Happy with service.”

“If a computer literate friend had not helped me with the set up, I would have been completely lost. I liked the old models where you just switched on. These are loaded with a lot of stuff you just do not need and it had to be disinstalled. They are not loaded with a good word processing system from windows s but a lot of unneeded stuff. It would be better to keep it read for non-techs.”

“My new laptop arrived today, 2 days after ordering it, which I was very pleased about as I had expected it to take much longer with the free delivery service of approx. 5 days. I'm pleased I didn't go for one of the paid delivery options! I would have given this a 'very good' rating but I tried to order this on Saturday when my old laptop suddenly 'gave up the ghost' and was disappointed that I couldn't order on-line at the w/e because the website didn't recognise my address. I was also disappointed that I was unable to phone at that time as the phone line was open only Monday to Friday. That apart, excellent service and a good bargain price for my laptop.”

“I hadn't heard of this company until a friend told me about them - I am so glad he did. My laptop arrived in good time and is of very good quality. My only issue with this company is that I couldn't track the "package" as it was being posted which made me worry, although there was no need to! 10/10 would buy again!”

“i purchased a LENOVO 50-30 had it for 3 weeks and it had a fault i had to return it to the makers, who said it was NOT REPAIRABLE. now awaiting my refund from S.O.L. DONT BUY ONE OF THESE MACHINES”
