“Great service marred by a little "personal touch" The laptop arrived promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery by email and by phone. Everything seems in good order. The only tarnish was the discovery of fingerprints on the computer as it was give a free memory upgrade - it would have been nice if the "upgrader" had simply buffed these away before returning it to the packaging.”

“The fastest service I have ever experienced! The only reason issue was that I have purchased a £1000 worth of laptop and the packaging looked like it has been dragged all over the floor, beaten and kicked. Obviously I wasn't too happy seeing the packaging of my expensive laptop in this state. I also ordered a mouse with the laptop, which was just pushed through the hole in the packaging, without any protection. In overall the only issue was with the state this order was delivered.”

“Can't complain. Laptop is great, no issues with the screen or scratches or nothing & it's exactly what I ordered, so no problems there. I got the free delivery which was supposed to take 5-7 working days but I got my laptop in like 2 days, which was surprising but totally awesome.”

“all very quick and lots of choice at reasonable prices. Packaging good and excellent choice of courier where you actually known when they are going to turn up. Thought the packaging/delivery price for mouse purchased seperately was high although it did arrive next day not snail mail as was purchased on line. Will recommend to friends wanting new laptops”

“The laptop I ordered should have had 16Gb RAM but arrived with only 8Gb RAM. I had to return the laptop and was without it for 13 days while it was upgraded. If it hadn't been for this issue I would have given a 5 star rating.”

“Excellent speed of delivery, the laptop arrived the next day. I had a problem with the license key to software I purchased with it as I was sent a used one. I had to send 3 emails to Save on Laptops before receiving a replacement which was a bit irritating but at least the replacement worked.”

“I paid for the 'within two working days' on a Sunday, so assumed it would arrive on Tuesday, it arrived on Wednesday which was slightly inconveneint for me, not a big issue though as important thing aas that it arrived and in perfect working order. I would definately consider using Save on Laptops again, predominantly for the price/quality, but also for the convenience, however next time I won't pay extra for a prmopt delivery.”

“Cheapest place to get the ASUS memopad 7 - paid for next day delivery, which they missed, so they refunded the entire delivery costs (£9.95) which I thought was very good.”

“Service overall was good. The only thing that could have improved it was emails to inform me of each stage of the order. For example, an email telling me when payment had gone through, another for when the laptop began to be assembled, one for when it had been completed and another for when it had been dispatched. This way, I would have felt more comfortable that things were progressing and would have made the experience of waiting much nicer.”

“Great item at a great price. Text alerts about delivery time was fantastic. Only bad thing was I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady when I rang as she was rather rude and lacking customer service skills.”

“I got the ASUS VivoBook S551LN UltraBook for an amazing price in the Boxing Day sale, considering the tops specs of the laptop (core i7 CPU, 8 GRAM, Windows 8 touch screen). This is the second laptop I have bought from SaveOnLaptops and was very happy with the customer service and speedy delivery of the laptop. The only thing that I didn't like and could be improved is that I couldn't update my old invoicing address myself in the My Accounts section and had to send an email to the sales team to update it for me. Other than that, everything was fine.”
