I have just recieved this laptop. The first thing I had to do was to check why it is running slow like a £200 pound budget laptop. I check task manager. Task manager showed that the disk was 100% and cpu is at 87%. Way to high for a new laptop. I updated the drivers and temorary disable some system app to check if the disk and cpu gone down. But no it was not. So I have to factory reset with the latest driver to see if this will fix it. This has cause so much trouble for the first time being use.

Your choice of courier, DPD is terrible. We were in and the didn't deliver the item, we found a note thrown in the garden. We have no second note and now find out that the item is being sent back to you. Shocking service.

There are two problems, and they are probably related. Firstly, the computer box was inadequately packaged. The computer box was loose and unprotected inside a very much larger plastic bag - handy for gripping and throwing across the sorting office.. On collection, the bag was torn and the computer box was damaged in two places. Contrast this with your instructions for packaging any returns - where the requirement is for the computer box to be wrapped in bubble wrap (or equivalent) and secured inside a strong outer box! Why didn't the computer box posted to me have packaging to this standard? The second problem, which may be related to the above, is that while the PC is showing a good internet connection (and was able to perform Windows updates), none of the supplied Apps that need to use the internet (MS Edge, Firefox, Ebay, Booking.Com, etc) will work. I have tried them repeatedly; logged out, then logged in; with no success whatsoever. While I don't claim to be a computer expert, I have set up several new computers in the past with no problems at all - this is the first one that has not worked out of the box. For the reasons stated, I am not confident in the PC that has been sent to me and I ask you to advise me on how to return this PC and get a refund. I don't necessarily want this message to appear as a review - I'm just using it as a means of communicating

WORST customer service I've ever seen !!! I've order a laptop that was 'exclusive upgraded to 16GB RAM'. The laptop I received was a used one, had a scratch on it, fingerprints, AC power cord unfolded and dirty, box was damaged, the protective bag was ripped. Anyway, as the aftersales and returns department is only email based support, I've managed to get in touch with one agent and explained the situation. A return has been processed and laptop sent back. After sending the laptop back, I've checked the progress and saw when they got it. The status was saying that it might take up to 7 working days to asses the product. I've sent them an email and asked to process this as soon as possible as a week passed already and I was not making use of the laptop I've ordered. In my email, I also specifically said that I'm not looking for a refund as the laptop was purchased through finance. I've asked them to send me a replacement one or the 8GB RAM model which should be new and sealed. At no point I've asked for a refund. Of course, my email was overlooked, as the customer support agent confirmed when I got in touch with them, and they processed a refund without even asking what I prefer, resulting in my finance agreement being cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND BOX.CO.UK, which is the same!!!

Miss sold a laptop with a wrong spec. Contacted them they agreed that they had wrongly advertised said product and would refund me my money. 4 week later still waiting for my refund. You can only contact them by email no phone number to contact them on so they just keep dragging out paying me my refund.

To start, the laptop was delivered in a black plastic bag, rather than any additional packaging. The laptop ordered was faulty beyond belief; so slow it took 30-40 seconds to respond to any typing on screen. When the brick was sent in, it took over a month for them to recognise I had a valid complaint and a further 2 weeks to get around sending me my refund. This was only after numerous angry emails demanding they get their fingers out of their rectums and do something! I've had faulty items before from other companies, but at least there's a genuine effort to deal with the complaint swiftly and to keep in my good books. Not from these people. In this day and age, there's no chance this lack of good customer service will continue as sensible people will stay the heck away from this crappy company. I hope you, the reader will also be sensible and stay away!

Just out of warranty my laptop refuses to turn on. Pointless taking it back for Save on Laptops to fix it, the last time I tried that they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I got it back and no guarantees it would work properly then. Customer service is absolutely dreadful.

first the laptop was not in stock, I accepted an alternative, promised and paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive when I checked the parcel tracking it said delivery refused as not required. this is a lie our office is open all day and nobody tried to deliver a parcel for me. On top of all this I was overcharged by £ 30 pounds they took more from my account than the invoice amount. the last time I dealt with this company ever thing was perfect. What has gone wrong this time

Time taken to deliver despite paying for next day delivery. Unit not working on receipt- told to contact manufacturers for advice as I'm probably doing it wrong. Told to return immediately by them. Took 3 DAYS to get acceptance for return. Phone access is appalling and attitude to customers beyond disgusting. Threats of a £170 fee if unit found to be working! No record of serial number wanted. Told cannot cancel, despite 14 legal consumer opt out! Cannot garantee it will not take less than 10 days to send replacement- pushing time over the 14 days opt out. So far not impressed, made to feel imcompetent, money not good enough and my need for working equipment is secondary to their needs for sales/ profits. Will not use again- EVER

Awful service. Laptop description was incorrect and product was faulty. No effort to help - just told that it was outside the 30 day 'DOA'...whatever that is. I'VE BEEN MIS-SOLD A FAULTY PRODUCT yet because 30 days has gone by that's it? Don't buy from here

Faulty laptop. 'Save on laptops' or box.co.uk don't want to know. Told to return to manufacturer and wait while is repaired - it's a faulty new machine! Rubbish service. Slow, unhelpful, unapologetic customer service that don't care and are not interested. Save your money and go elswhere!

DoA Laptop - RMA returns label was processed and dropped off next day, went (Missing) for over a week despite me asking Save-On to chase it ended up repeatedly chasing courier myself to get it sorted. Further to this it has been returned at their site for a week and only just been processed. For a DOA product I would expect better than 2 weeks for a replacement or refund, had I used Amazon or another reputable supplier I would have had a refund/replacement within 24/48 hours. Further to this the support team has not returned any calls despite numerous call backs requests via email and via the sales team. With this level of service I am surprised they are still in business, its disgraceful.
