The Laptop ordered arrived quicker than expected which was good but the Laptop didn't work straight out of the box which was disappointing & frustrating. We had to ring the manufacturer's help desk before being allowed to return it to SaveonLaptops. Awaiting to see how quickly a repair or replacement arrives. Would have expected each Laptop to have been tested at least before dispatch.

It's more a Review on Sol. It's not fantastic not being able to change invoice parameters, especially when paypal/sol communication did not work properly (billing address and delivery address where different in paypal, but delivery address was used for both).

Laptop spec correct, fast delivery. Backpack completely different-only name on it is the same - asus.

quick service, good laptop, only problem i have is 1 dead pixel slap bang in the middle of the display, checked out the terms and apparently this is within tolerance which is a major letdown tbh.

Not totally. Paid for next day delivery but it took 4 including the weekend. Emailed Save On Laptops but no response so far

Excellent value for what I got. Only negative, which could've been quite major, to mention was that despite being a refurbed A+ product the graphics card had issues and wouldn't run, meaning I had to reinstall myself (and had to go onto various forums etc to get pointers on how to do so). Almost very very unsatisfactory, but had it a week now and it's running like a dream.

Price and high quality item Purchase flow makes no sense. 1. If the shipping and billing address are different, you need fields for bith 2. If being shipped to a hotel (for example), that's not a business, it's an address 3. When I had to take a pic of my cc to email it - ridiculously poor process & security 4. When I called, the only search criteria for an order is post code Overall- you're an ONLINE business. Please act like one. Otherwise. Fine. 😀

This laptop is £150 more expensive that an MSI that I bought 2 years earlier. I want it for showing HD video. The laptop jitters on pan shots as my other laptop does. This computer has been bought for Harrow Film Makers and I was hoping for a smooth playback. It will do the job but I am disappointed.

I originally ordered a laptop that got lost in transit which I wasn't overly happy about, while I found the customer services was barely satisfactory I did not find them helpful in fact it reminded me of a talking robot, I then ordered a MSI laptop from yourselves and hey presto it arrived the next day with no issues. But I had to contact customer services again on 12/09 to ask why my next day delivery charge on my original order had not been refunded ? Got told that for some reason this had not been actioned and in 30 seconds it had been actioned and the money was refunded. While I am happy with the laptop I have I am not happy with the need to chase up customer services about things I am advised will be dealt with as matter of course. All in all for price of the laptops about you can't beat these guys but their customer services need looking at as they are not cutting the mustard in my honest opinion

I have purchased the extra 3years of warranty package. But there was no instruction re how/whom you register with. Just saying must be registered within 90days.

Ordered a brand new Asus Zenbook UX310UA which arrived on time,laptop fires up and runs perfectly however a bit disappointed with the fact the laptop arrived with just the OEM box exposed with my address on it. I was expecting it to arrived wrapped in brown paper or box for extra protection and security. Overall a fast service and this is the 2nd time i have ordered from site and will possibly order again.

Happy to now have the laptop delivered. I was let down a little by the fact that it got to me a day late. I was relying on the basis of the next working day delivery but the order was not processed till Wednesday even though the order was placed on Monday evening. Most competitively priced though.

laptop very good, BUT 3 year warranty said 12 day turnaround when I paid and the same in email from saveonlaptops but when wreg.com sent the certificate through it states 24 day turnaround for a repair.

Nice laptop, happy with product until it went wrong, after sales customer care is really bad. There is no direct contact number unless you are purchasing. Email contact is poor and takes days to get a response, and to be told our engineer will contact you......still waiting
