Staff ignored my request when I had warranty incident. Instead I had to sort my problems myself.

I have had numerous Windows errors on this laptop and it still has to be restarted on most days before it can repair itself. Now it refuses to connect to the internet and other laptops are connecting to the same network with no problems. I have purchased about 20 laptops over the years I have had my business and this is the worst. J Newport

Would have been very good review but I had a problem with laptop and service received from DJ Henry acting for MSI was very bad. Had 2 go back twice and it was 4 months before I could start using laptop properly.

Good customer service & speedy delivery. Competitive price. However, my laptop was faulty (audio jack needed replacing) so I had to send to MSI repair specialist. It was returned with audio jack fault repaired, but with a damaged case, so I have again had to return it for repair today.

This was for an extended warranty; it was pointless in having to pay for delivery of the insurance certificate, as it was identical to pdf received by e mail!

I bought this Laptop after being told by a Computer Shop owner that ASUS was probably the best of its type on the market. I must also add that I am by no means an expert, and to say i was competent would be pushing it. Since I've had the Laptop I seem to be struggling with it, whether it's because it is not totally compatible with Microsoft 8.1 ( I use it with the built-in mouse ) or my incompetence or a combination of both, I don't know, but sometimes, for no apparent reason, instuctions, I neither wanted nor appreciated pop-up, and other times the Left-Hand button refuses to do as instructed, which is very frustrating, as I said earlier I am barely literate in computers, so it may be my own finger trouble, I did take it into PC World for their advice, but either my explanation was poor, or they couldn't be bothered I don't know, but nothing changed. I am now experiencing very slow loading times, which I've queried with my Broadband supplier ( Sky ) who said that times were marginally slow,and am waiting results from further tests, again whether it's me or the computer I don't know. I should add that I only use the computer for playing games, so things aren't that critical, but it all very frustrating.

There is a lot to like with this laptop and it seems to do most things very well. The battery life is ok and lasts for a few hours in normal use, the screen is great and keyboard is backlight and comfortable to use. I have a few gripes; firstly the laptop seems to drop the wifi signal on a regular basis and this becomes really annoying. I have checked other hardware at the same location and they have zero issues, so it must be a software issue. My second gripe is Lenovo's support which is poor....they provide premium rate numbers so I decided to email and they would just send through instructions to reinstall certain drivers! I'm no IT wiz kid so this didn't really help and they said they couldn't provide remote access. Still have the problem and I continue to grumble

Good price, good delivery, but keyboard was very wobbily. I've owned over 100 laptops (!) and this was the worst I'd ever experienced - it was warped and acted like a giant spring when typing. When I contacted SaveOnLaptops they said it was "normal" and refused to take it back, even after seeing a YouTube video I made of it. When I contacted Fujitsu direct they replaced the keyboard without question.

We are disappointed with the laptop, the silver coating over the space bar chipped too easily and has now all come away. We find Microsoft 8 not the most friendliest or user friendly - would preferred to off stayed with older software. we use are iphones far more than the laptop.

Laptop arrived with a non functioning DVD drive, couple of days before I was to take it on holiday. Had to be sent back and repaired. Could have done without the hassle.

Although its good specs and low price I had to send it back just after two months due to hard drive failure. I am getting blue screens one after another due to some driver problem. In my opinion MSi have to work harder on their drivers such as camera in this laptop which is very dark and there is no additional drivers or software on their website to solve that problem. Overall If you want stable laptop with better software, go for HP or ASUS.

The laptop Was working well till I update to windows 8.1 works but now when it's charging the screen goes black/ dark

I was disappointed that the lap top sent out to me hadn't been checked to make sure it was fully functional. Speed of collection from me was good (1 day) but took over 7 days to get a refund because they had to make sure the fault was actually there (which they would have know had they checked it in the first place!). Rather frustrating because after a good deal of internet searching I'm now back at square 1.
