Loved the quick delivery. However the product has had a problem from go which is it can't do the windows update which is causing problems. I have rang Samsung and done the things they stated but still faulty will speak to them again. This has caused the feeling of been let down

Having ordered online on Friday evening and requested a Saturday delivery it didn't occur to me that it would be a week later that I would get the delivery. I rang on Tuesday afternoon and found that it was scheduled for delivery on the following Saturday so I had to get it changed to the following day which it arrived.

The laptop details listed on your website were incorrect for the model bought. Next day delivery took two days instead of one, despite ordering the item at 2pm. General service from your company was good in dealing with the refund so far. Please improve your service with regards to listing items on your website accurately and ensuring speedy delivery within time-frame set by you. Also, do not force customers into paying for premium shipping methods.

The service delivery was very good but this toshiba bag is not good In terms of anti-slip shoulder straps. Anti-slip shoulder straps are very short and thin.

Pick up point was unhelpful. Email arrived at 9.30 am and I went to the shop at 3pm - told item was not there and to come back at 5! Sent husband at 5 who reported that staff tried to say it still wasn't there, but he insisted and they eventually 'found' it Won't be using that pick up point again, however, very swift process by you so we'll done! Husband delighted with product

Good price and quick delivery. However the website charged me twice for everything and it took 2 days to get my money back which left me with no money, unpaid direct debits and hefty returned payment and overdraft charges

the laptop itself is decent and very light, good on the go however it is very flimsy and prone to damage. if you're like me and take excellent care of things, then its not a problem. also a note - within the 12month warranty service acer provide with the laptop, my motherboard failed just 3-4months after purchasing. other than that, its doing its job fine.

Serivice from Save on Laptops was a described and expected. U410 laptop purchased has known issues with WiFi range with lots of posts in forums. Wish that I had read the reviews of the laptop first.

good price for these parameters. there is one thing which I don't like: mouse. it's not precise, does not work smoothly.

The touch pad isn't very responsive and sometimes ignores you when you first touch it. When you hold down the left mouse button to lock in a side scrolling bar it doesn't let you continue scrolling down with one press, but this may have just been a feature with my old lap top and not with these makes. Isn't much faster than my last one either which was a bit disappointing.

Service was good but, the Laptop does not work correctly due to bring to slow, we have tried to complain through the PC manufacturer and did not get far, but this proved expensive as it was a premium rate customer service number. The Laptop now sits unused on a shelf.

ORDERED ON A THURSDAY EVENING AND IT WAS NOT DELIVERED UNTIL TUESDAY. DISAPPOINTED THAT IT TOOK SO LONG,AND I FEEL THAT THE SURCHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD IS TOO STEEP. HOWEVER THE STAFF WERE OBLIGING, COURTEOUS AND WELL GEND UP ON ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AND THAT IS A 5 STAR QUALITY FOR ME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND "SAVE ON LAPTOPS".

your delivery and service was great however the product is quite poor its very slow considering its suppose to have an i7 and 8 gig of ram. also the hinge for the lid/screen is very loose and often falls down when im working

Whilst the computer purchase was straight forward, the computer itself crashes occasionally. I can't find a way of getting back to the company to discuss what is going wrong. So ....... difficult for me to say if they are selling good stock or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Save on Laptops was extremely swift and efficient at delivering my laptop - next day delivery. However, I was not happy with the internet connectivity of my Asus Zenbook and the returns policy of Save on Laptops meant that I could not return it to them. In future I will buy from a supplier with a more flexible 'satisfaction guarantee' returns policy when making an expensive purchase such as an ultrabook.

I bought a laptop that arrived with a faulty screen which produced strange colour casts in the corners. I requested a refund the same day it arrived but they would only pay for collection if I claimed it was faulty and would only refund once an engineer had assessed it. I reiterated that I could request a refund under DSR, irrespective of what the engineer made of the problem, but they insisted it was one or the other. That is either the laptop was faulty or I was claiming a refund under DSR, but not both, which isnt true as both outcomes can occur in conjunction. In the end I sent pictures of the fault and they collected the laptop and told me an engineer would review the fault. When I referred them to my images, the person on the phone hinted that I could 'photo shopped' the images and I would have to wait for the engineers opinion. All this time I am stuck without a laptop or the cash to buy another one and unable to claim my rights under DSR. Luckily the engineer acknowledged the glaringly obvious fault and I was eventually given a refund. Needless to say, I bought an ASUS instead from an alternative supplier.
