“Food value for Asus G752 OC laptop. Had some issues with order. At first my order was £1997.99 and later some how added £39.99 for a free game. But I paid everything and it showed that order paid. And ready to process. But next day price was £100 more again. I send an email to customer services and they fixed everything. Even got my £39.99 refund. Happy with service but it should be more info for customers about thru order me and how they process them or send and email if there's an issues”

“quite quick to arrive, only problem because it was ordered on 26th we had to wait till 29th for dispatch and would have arrived on 30th but the arrival time we where going to be out so got on new years eve. Tried using but modem was giving errors on both laptops.”

“Although I could not take delivery at the allotted time, I was able to have the package re-directed to the local 'parcel shop' - collection went fine and was available earlier than was originally given. Good service so far.”

“Quick delivery, however I have purchased several of this model as part of my business. They will not update from Windows 10 to Windows 10 Anniversary edition. I raised a fault last time I configured one of these as Windows 10 rather than WIndows 7 to be told that returns for software issues are not covered as this is not considered faulty. I also raised a case with Acer who said the same and spoke to a support representative at Acer who told me I was wrong. Luckily I have found that a fresh install of Windows 10 Anniversary Edition from the ISO / DVD installs OK.”

“Very happy with the price, which was well below everywhere else (having shopped around quite a bit). I went for free delivery and it arrived the next day, so was much quicker than I had expected. The only thing that stopped me giving five stars is that when adding the laptop to my basket, a 12 month subscription to Bullguard was also automatically added. It's easy enough to remove of course, which I did, but I just find it annoying when websites sneak things into your basket like that. By all means offer it as an option, but don't try and trick people into buying it by accident!”
