“Looking at the numerous reviews my main concern was the delivery, however, the laptop was delivered (Sat request) on the correct date/time and in excellent condition. So overall an excellent service, with a very good laptop.”

“Arrived by 2.00 pm Monday. Now setting it up slowly. Initial problem with the At Sign. Googled solution, now using English language, not American. Will continue setting up on Tuesday morning Seems good, thank you”

“Great service and really happy with the product. However, had it turned on for over an hour now and haven't actually got to do anything yet as it had the joys of updating... Would be nice if Laptops were shipped with latest updates rather than that being the first thing you have to do. Other than that couldn't fault the company in any way.”

“It was slightly disappointing that the images for the E465 are out of date, just purchased one , but but seems lenovo have removed the fingerprint reader from this model. Overall good service otherwise. :)”

“Shipping more than good but the quality of the product I think is a bit poor.I have bought a gaming backpack MSI Hecate and I have tell you or let you know I am struggling to put inside a gt73vr,simpley the backpack seems to be to small for a 17"laptop or is small just for my gt73vr :-)). Also I'm afraid of scratching my laptop because of the zipps,the machine being very big, the zipps are very close to it specialy to the corners.”
