“I originally ordered a laptop that got lost in transit which I wasn't overly happy about, while I found the customer services was barely satisfactory I did not find them helpful in fact it reminded me of a talking robot, I then ordered a MSI laptop from yourselves and hey presto it arrived the next day with no issues. But I had to contact customer services again on 12/09 to ask why my next day delivery charge on my original order had not been refunded ? Got told that for some reason this had not been actioned and in 30 seconds it had been actioned and the money was refunded. While I am happy with the laptop I have I am not happy with the need to chase up customer services about things I am advised will be dealt with as matter of course. All in all for price of the laptops about you can't beat these guys but their customer services need looking at as they are not cutting the mustard in my honest opinion”

“was not made clear that £550 laptop did not come with a hard drive!!! a 128ssd was listed but this is normally an addition to a HDD(on several sites only listed in detail spec section) this is the first time i've found one with such a small SSD without. after booting it up, the free harddrive space has a pitiful 44GB of free space which is to small to install a single (newer generation) game!! rendering the whole thing completely useless!!! meaning this by definition can not be a gaming laptop as advertised as you cannot install modern games!!! its worth a noting that this problem of unclear data storage labelling had been made clear on the website for these MSI gaming laptops. as of this review (just wish it was made clear a week early. clearly i'm not the first person with this issue”

“It we very easy to order and arrived safely. I am very pleased indeed with the purple colour of my Lenova laptop and the screen is very clear. My son logged me in and did all the bits and pieces necessary for me to use it.”

“Bought a Lenovo S.A.which according to Lenovo (when contacted for set up advice)carried a serial number allocated to China.This explained why the package received contained two keyboards and two mice as well as two power cables (the extra items being of the non British variety) The provenance of the computer had been questioned before ordering. Assurances had been received from the sales dept. The added keyboard appears to be faulty-- on wake up the first keystrike will not work. minor fault but major nuisance. Rang Saveonlaptops who were totally unhelpful even to the point of being dismissive and rejecting any liability for help and responsibility, even though in this instance it must be assumed that they were the "re-packers" of the extra British items. Conclusion must be--If you can only afford cheap gear, you can get it here, but don't be stupid enough to think that is where it finishes because after sales service is pathetic.”
