“I have bought 2 laptops from you last year. These both arrived on time. However, I purchased the 2nd laptop as a Christmas present for my son who lives apart from me. I paid extra for the Norton antivirus. I assumed the Norton program had been installed with the other apps in the computer. It was only some weeks following Christmas that my son lost the use of the computer through a virus. It was only at this time that I realised that the Norton antivirus program had not been included in the package. I checked the computer and there were certainly no DVD disc in the parcel. I called the company highlighting this fact, but got no sympathy or help as to something which was your mistake. I am really dismayed at your lack of understanding and lack of customer care. I will certainly not be dealing with you again in the future.. yOU DO NOT DESERVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS”

“Laptop arrived quickly and with no problems or damage. Accidentally typed in the correct address in the delivery details, but was able to contact support immediately and it was swiftly changed. 8 months on, the laptop is still in great working condition and the charger is working nicely. Would (and have!) recommended Save On Laptops to friends looking for new laptops. Couldn't be happier with the service I received from them.”

“Great service, ordered and delivered within 24 hours at the time I was informed it would arrive. The Acer Veriton E430 PC is a budget PC with a high spec performance. Excellent product and cheapest price on the net. Have used Save on Laptops twice now and will use again.”

“This was the third laptop of this model we have purchased, and so far we have not had any problems as such,just a small software issue with the first one. All have been from save on laptops and the service we recieved was excellent, delivered very quickly and in perfect condition, would have no hesitations about buying from them again, keep up the good work.”

“The product I purchased had some technical problems and although they were dealt with promptly, they ought to have been identified and resolved before dispatch. That's the only reason preventing me awarding a Very Good rating and I would use this company in the future.”

“Wasn't impressed. Argued about when "day 30" began to avoid a return and replace, so I had to go through Toshiba, which was also hell. If I ever buy another laptop I will go to a physical shop where if there are issues I can take the thing back and cause a scene on a busy Saturday until my problem is resolved.”

“Ordered from here as it was the cheapest. Received the laptop as expected and transaction was completed successfully. Did contact them for further information via telephone and email and assisted me in a professional manner. Will purchase again and would recommend.”

“This is the first time I have purchased a laptop other than from in a store. The customer service was excellent. Communication was excellent. Delivery was very quick and the packaging excellent. Overall my experience was excellent from start to finishand I would have no hestitaion of using them again. Highly recommended.”
