“These are good, not great. I had some Scanpans that were passed down from my late mother. The non-stick component seemed to last for years. They were well seasoned after 10yrs of use. These new pans- I have already noticed are not nearly as non-stick as the ones from 20yrs ago. They’re still good, just not worth the premium paid IMO.”

“Didn’t receive the product. It took multiple emails for customer service to respond to me and when they finally did they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.”

“I started my Scanpan collection with a classic fry pan. It has lasted a few years but the finish is scratched. My husband bought me the 13" Square roaster and I fell in love with the Techniq finish. I now own the 11" square, the Windsor and a Maitre D fry pan. I love them all. They clean up so easily and nothing, I mean nothing, sticks to them. I can make popcorn in my Windsor without one drop of oil. If you love to cook, you NEED a Scanpan! I will bet you cannot stop at just one.”

“When I received my CTX 10.25” I was dis that it is not the same dimension as the one I was replacing (shorter by about an inch. To send it back was a nightmare because after having to send photos of the pan’s inside and bottom to get a return authorization I had to take it to FedEx for the return at my own expense. To return it by FedEx cost a small fortune!”
