“Scooter but we’re very pleasant when buying the scooter, their after sales service is so far below average it’s pathetic, this is the second time I have taken the scooter in for service and a wheel change, the first was just over two weeks they had the scooter, this times it’s a wheel change and we are now at 2 weeks. Of course if you take it somewhere else, you guessed it, you lose your warranty. Frustrated beyond belief.”

“Background: I have owned 5 scooters, I am 95kg 175cm tall and use scooters to commute 34km each day to work.
Positives: good suspension on seat post. Despite base plate being very small, no movement at base.
Negatives: quick release clamp on base difficult to tighten sufficiently to stop stem wobble. Seat arrived without screws and no details anywhere on specs so needed to trial different ones to fit and purchase these from hardware store (M5 10mm) - Scooter Hut did try to source extra screws but were unable. Seat provided is non-slip - needed to change over for normal bike seat to allow easier movement on/off seat without pants gripping to seat.”

I've had a look into your order and can see that the ETA for this package is tomorrow.
As you live in regional Northern Territory, and the scooters contain a lithium battery and have to be freighted by road, this unfortunately means that it takes a little longer to get to you. I'm sorry for the delay with this.

“I just got my inmotion air electric scooter today and I'm loving it the hill climb on it I love as it was hard work riding my bicycle up Hill after work every day as i don't have a car to drive to work but this will be my transportation to nd from work”

I'm sorry to hear this it's taking longer than expected for your scooter to arrive. I understand the frustration.
I have lodged an enquiry with our freight company to get an update on an ETA. I can see that you're based in WA, due to the lithium batteries in scooters, they need to be freighted via road, not air, so this can take some time. There have also been bush fires that have been causing some delays into WA.
