“I ordered some handle bar tape through E Bay - the postage took a long time but that I believe was down to E Bay. I contacted Scotby Cycles about the delay and their response was immediate, professional and informative leaving me confident in the customer care service. However, when I received the oder I found that it was not as described, the tape was not supplied with cork/wood bar ends but with plastic ones this is as much the fault of Brooks as Scotby cycles as the Brooks box describes the end plugs as natural cork and wood. I used the tape and fashioned some plugs from champagne corks BUT is was not at all happy as the product sold to me had been misrepresented. Consequently my trust has been diminished and I will not eagerly return to shop there”

“Service was extremely quick and price was equal to the big boys. I only found Scott as I was searching for a hat that was out of stock elsewhere, but will be using them again. Trouble is it was too small so will be returning it, so I'll find out if return service is as good as purchase.”

“Easy to use website, even better delivery service. Got told an initial delivery date, end of the week, which was fine for me. I then got a text with an updated date which was a few days earlier. The bike arrived before that. The packaging was a quality job, there was no room for the bike to move and the frame was protected with foam. All round a good job.”
