“Received a call the day after I had ordered a new bike to talk through the order. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff providing a first class service. Bike received the next working day and packaged very well to avoid damage. Bike is brilliant!”

“Thanks for helping source ortleib pannier inserts. You got the right ones and posted them efficiently so I could go touring without the rattle. You even went the extra mile by popping in some spares as there was only one pack to buy. Italy, Lake Garda is beautiful by bike :-)”
