“I'd never heard of Scotby Cycles, they just came up in my search results when I was looking for bicycle panniers. Their website was really easy to navigate, I found exactly what I wanted very easily, and it was in stock. Placing an order online was quick, simple and very straightforward, and I was kept informed about the status of my order by email at every stage, which I find very useful. To top it all off, their prices were brilliant, plus they post to Offshore islands which many other places don't do, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again in future. Thank you Scotby Cycles, top service all round.”

“Great selection and prices. I bought online - the site looks clean/nice. One random UX feedback; I'd have liked the main product menu to be listed somewhere in the landing page, rather than collapsed in the menu - it took me ages to find it (saw the icon, but figured it was account stuff).”

“Scotby Cycles had exactly what I was looking for (Ortlieb panniers with a cool design) at a really keen price, and I was really pleased to see they offer delivery by Royal Mail - it's always quicker and easier than courier companies where I live. And it arrived even faster than I expected. I always prefer to buy from independent outlets, and it didn't hurt that these guys are based in a place I like - Carlisle.”

“I purchased the Castelli Perfetto short sleeved jersey from Scotby Cycles in their sale. I had been wanting one for a while and when Scotby Cycles had the item in the sale for £67.50 ( half full price) I couldn't resist. Postage was free and item arrived sooner than I anticipated. All in all full marks.”
