“Roger and Amanda supplied a brilliant service when I needed a clan broach to hold the tarten on my wife's coffin. They had the broach to me within 48hrs of taking the order over the phone. What excellent service. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“I called from the United States, and left a message. Scotclans gave me a return call the next morning. I asked about a custom order with a different plaid that was online, and they were able to provide it, but said it would take a few more days. From the time I ordered until I received the order was about a week. Shipping was overnight at a very reasonable price. And finally, the product was perfect! Thank you!”

“Calling from America I was not sure of the level of assistance I would receive in a "blind" order. The woman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful. Once my products were made I was able to follow them to my home via postal tracking. I could not be more pleased the both the product and the service!”
