“Great products even better service. I ordered a flat cap in my clan tartan - modern, the next day I realized I wanted it in ancient, 1 support email and they contacted the mill an d changed it for me. Very quick turn around, less than 3 weeks I believe 19 days.”

“I thought the badges/ crest were hard to read... They are too dark and "shiney". I like the size of the tote bags but thought the material not of the best quality for the price. I did like the small notebooks. Thank you , Nan T. McLeod Georgia, USA”

“I had a great first experience ordering from Scotclans. First, I was thrilled that so many items were available in the clan I was looking for. Secondly, the clan poster I ordered was very informative and looks handsome on my wall. Lastly, I can't say enough about the heather necklace I ordered, with the bird outlined. The picture did not do it justice - it is a really gorgeous piece of jewelry, nicely made, and a very unusual and way to obtain a little piece of Scotland and keep it close. I also appreciated the fact that I could use PayPal - which is what I prefer to use when I order online. I could not be happier with my first experience with Scotclans. I hope to order again in the future!”

“I recently purchased three mousepads and a mobile phone cover. The items duly arrived this morning after approx three weeks (I'm in Australia). The quality of the items was high and I am satisfied with them. The only issue I have with my order is that from the point of ordering to the delivery I had no idea where the order was in the process. I could find nothing on your website to show that I had, in fact, placed an order at all. I think it would improve your process if an order history was included on the site.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from Scotsclan. The representative I spoke with was most pleasant and helpful in helping me place my order. I loved the Christmas ornaments in our clan tartan I ordered for my sisters and my grown children to help remember our heritage. My only concern was that I e-mailed Scotsclan support about adding an additional ornament to my order, but never heard from them. Other than this, I was very happy with Scotsclan!”

“It is nice to have an avenue to find tartans you can trust. I live in Texas, not many tartan shops around here. I have been trying to connect with some of my roots. McClaine was the only one I knew of til just recently. Found out that my grandmother's grandmother, Myrtle Storie, might be connected with clan Ogilvie. I realize that doesn't have much to do with your level of service. Just setting the stage for why I am grateful for what you offer. Thank you, Autumn Wheaton”
