“I had a completely different experience to many reviewers - helpful customer service when I was placing my order, delivery slightly delayed by Covid backlog but I was warned about that and it was still within about a week. The screens look fantastic in my garden and my neighbours have commented positively about them - I had no problems at all.”

I did contact the company but they didnt resolve my issue or offer any discount to cover cost of paint as I now need to paint them to match them up😠”

“After placing order & being advised I'd receive it in 1-2 days, heard nothing for 2 weeks. Called & was told someone would get back to me. Received email saying items were 'lost' & that they'd send them out again. Told I'd get them within 5 days. Again heard nothing & on 5th day I called to say I wanted to cancel the order. Was told someone would get back to me but heard nothing. The screens arrived the next day. They were well packaged but several of them had small dents & one of the six was a completely different shade from the rest. I also wasn't expecting them to be plastic.
I definitely wouldn't have ordered if I'd read the reviews beforehand.
Have also unsubscribed from their emails but am still receiving them.”
