Dreadful company. Ordered a month ago and excuse after excuse still no delivery. Jasween now ignoring my emails. Steer clear. Just dreadful.

Is there a reason why your customer services are ignoring me? I was promised a redelivery, you sent the wrong item and then was promised the right item would be sent over 2 weeks ago Your customer services agent yasween and all of the department now ignoring my emails and noone ever calls back Terrible customer service

I really wish I went with my gut and researched this company first. Had I done I would’ve never had ordered as it seems everyone had a few is currently experiencing the same issues we are. We ordered the trellis and large screen bundle (5 of each) and the first box appeared within a few days. It was ripped and the product slightly damaged but as I had two tracking codes I thought that’s the large screens, trellises are on their way. After a few more days nothing arrived so checked with the courier where the other box was; they told me they are waiting to collect it from screen with envy. Called screen with envy and you can’t get through - red flag - it’s just a voicemail, they never call you Sent an email and took over 3 more days and a second email to get a response telling me courier had the items and they would chase… found it all very weird. The next box arrived a few days later wet and damaged again. We opened the boxes to find 2 large screens in one and 3 large screens in the other… no trellises….and no tracking codes for any other parcels. Contacted customer services again and took 2 chases to get a response a week later asking for pictures of the tickets so make sure you keep photo proof of delivery tickets and the product themselves or they will say items are delivered and not their problem Next up they say they will chase the warehouse and will get new tracking codes… I’ve been waiting three weeks for this and the last comms I had was over a week ago telling me they are moving warehouse but they will send out Monday just gone… that’s never happened either and reading their comments on social they’ve been telling people they have been moving warehouse for the last month or so now so again this seems another excuse Really wish this company wasn’t here to scam people. They have a good product that people want but they can’t fulfil anything or offer any service, it’s hugely disappointing as I like thousands of others it seems would continue to buy their product but they can’t be trusted now and luckily we have chargeback requests to protect us as it seems I’ll have to use that now to get my money back rather than spend more with these guys. Use at your own risk here - it’s not worth the wasted time and stress trying to deal with them

If I could award no stars I would. Ordered 3 of the same and received 2 of the same and 1which was different from the other 2. I Have emailed and phoned and after 9 days got a reply to my 1st email. They have offered £15.00 refund for there mistake which we decided to accept and live with the different panel just to put end to saga. Still waiting for the £15.00 and still not answering my emails. Its a shame as I was going to order some more screens but will now source the screens from a another company. I Wish that I had looked on Trustpilot 1st before ordering, the way this company treat there customers is out of order. Reading other customers reviews it looks like I should be grateful for receiving anything. There email communications are a joke and they should not treat customers like this.

Appalling company to deal with. My order arrived damaged. I sent images straight away and after 2 weeks I am still trying to get a response out of them as to when or if I will receive my refund. Seems that my emails are now being ignored. Cant speak to customer services as its only an answering company. How does this company get away with this??? AVOID this company at all costs !

Order delayed months, never arrived, and refund of £500 never received. Customer shrive now now responding. Made a purchase of just under £500, were told multiple dispatch dates which kept getting delayed even though we'd purchased well in advance specifically from Screen with Envy to make sure the items would arrive before work was being done. Months later still hadn't received items, incredibly difficult to get hold of customer service, were then assured refund would be processed which has still not (over 6 months later) been received. Contact and comments on social media pages are being deleted, customer service not responding. Will now need to take legal action. Avoid at all costs. Screen with Envy, please contact us and process the refund immediately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Awful, disgusting foul company that takes your money and does not deliver the goods I bought a couple of exterior doors which I paid extra for speedy delivery- they were supposed to come within a week in which I had a builder cut out 2 sections of wall to house the doors . The doors did not arrive for another 3 months in which each member of staff would feed me a different lie- none of the fables they would tell me would match up with their colleagues stories.I offered to pick them up myself but they kept fobbing me off with more lies. Eventually when they did come they forgot to pack the door locks which took another 6 weeks to supply.I had to pay twice for the installation.

Fraudulent company who needs reporting! They take orders that they cannot fulfill and their customer service team repeatedly lie to you. They ignore your calls and emails and if you try to contact them on social media they block you. Only managed to get my money back because I paid via PayPal and set up a claim. Then they were soon quick to respond. Turns out after serveral weeks they didn’t even have my order in stock!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Up and running again with a different company registration having left customers and supply chain abandoned owing £7 million These directors are allowed by law to set up again with another company registration, putting a pathetic apology on their new website for inconvenience!! They owe me £4k personally Phone lines unobtainable No reply to emails or webchat. They took our money knowing they would not supply the goods. Disgraceful

Terrible company. They owe is £170 from 12 months ago. They went into liquidation and are now trading again. I recieved an email from them, the same people, saying everyone at Screen with envy where shocked at the company going into liquidation. Haa, no one else was shocked!!! You treated your customers badly. Steer clear!!! Bad people.

I would like to inform and warn all previous customers, and any possible new ones, that the Director’s of Screen With Envy have been allowed to purchase the assests following the liquidation of the original company. I spoke to the Liquidators who confirmed the details. I have just received an email (personally addressed and from Sophie with xx at the bottom, advertising their goods with the same trading name even though they took my money, never supplied the goods or gave me a refund (along with thousands of others). How they have the nerve to send out such advertising from the original data base just shows they have no conscious for what they have done and ripping off so many people. For any new customers, I would strongly advise to steer clear and purchase from a company who has a proven track record. Don’t be fooled by their discounts and so called promises.

DO NOT Buy anything from them, they are in liquidation from 7.11.22. Took my money 24,8,22, nothing no response to emails, phones always off for maintenance. They are still taking orders. ITS A SCAM 18.2.23 I received papers saying they were in Administration and now they are offering free slippers. The screen they owe me or my money back would be a start . Must have started again, what about everyone who did not get the item they paid for

This company is scam. Ordered July and didn't receive the item. Didn't reply any emails. Didn't get the refund. Now they liquidation. Hope everyone aware this and try to avoid these people open in company with different name ..

Ordered screens in May, lots of excuses about delays in delivery but continued to support a small family company. Lots of emails with promises of delivery. Oh what a fool; I’ve now lost £ 775.

Please please DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered 3 trellis in April, buy 2 get 1 free. One arrived so I am missing 2 trellis & I cannot tell you how many emails, phone calls & even letters to the Directors. An advert popped up on Instagram so I contacted them via that in August & got a response promising me that my purchase would be resolved. Guess what I'm still waiting!! I don't think I can claim via my bank as it was back in April so 1 trellis cost me £140. Absolutely appalling

Diabolical Diabolical. My wife ordered two screens that did turn up in the given time frame however I was not at all pleased with the quality so at our own cost we returned them. After many exchanged email with various members of staff we were assured our refund would be given some attention. After 2 months we still had not received our refund. And then no replies to our emails and when we tried on many occasions to telephone them a fault message was given. We contacted our credit card company and a refund was made via them. This took two and a half months to be resolved. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.
