Ordered panels back in June, ha them delivered in Aug but both were damaged, still waiting for reply and new panels. Have now emailed and told them to refund all my money, but have had no response so far, next for me will be taking them to the small claim court, which I'm just filling online now........don't use this company they are useless and obviously not reliable or interested in customer/customer service

Utterly awful company. Facebook plastered with adverts. You place order, get no products and after messaging for weeks and weeks no product, no refund. Phone lines take 30 mins then cut off..now apparently lines are down. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a radiator cover back in May then delivery moved to June then July then August then Sept. Nothing arrived and only generic replies to my multiple emails. Scammers that promise discounted products and super fast insured delivery but you don’t receive your item. If there was a plus side to this its that they only robbed £75 off me. Annoyed because i left it longer than 120 days before i reported them to my credit card so they wouldn’t get involved. Reported them to Watchdog so hopefully many others have done the same and we can shut them down for good the Thieving Liars. Do not under any circumstances buy from this company.

Bad experience with this company is an understatement. They eventually sent my order, some of which was missing. After being made to send numerous photos to verify this ( mostly of cardboard packaging and the pieces that I did recieve … why?? How is that evidence) I was then told item not available currently so am still waiting …since June!! They do not answer the phone, reply to emails or solve any issues via there chat line. I have requested a refund but again am still waiting for any response. I am truly thinking they are a company that is wanting to take your money but has no intention of supplying the goods. I really wish I had had nothing to do them they really are the worst company I have ever dealt with and advise that no one use them.

I would give this company a zero....I have been waiting on my gate since Mid May and they are now not responding to any communication, they have £400 of mine for the gate.

Unfortunately i only read the reviews once i had a problem with my order and tried to contact their customer service. To cut a long review shortish, i was promised a refund (order 166085) for incorrectly sent goods and then nothing. ADVICE If you have paid on a credit card, contact them for your refund ASAP, you will need to keep evidence of emails sent to them, so only communicate this way and take photos of damaged/incorrectly sent goods. You will get your money back from purchases made on credit card/paypal. Here's what will happen when you contact SWE. YOU PHONE THEM. Result, they don't pick up and your call ends after 30 mins or phone line down. YOU EMAIL THEM. You will receive a generic response something like, Dear Customer, I just wanted to get in touch to say that we have received your request and a member of our team will be in touch with you very shortly. They are looking into this as I type and will let you know if we need any further information at all. If we are a little slower than usual, please don't worry, we promise you a personalized response very soon. YOU WEBCHAT THEM. As soon as you mention a problem, your chat will end. I have kept this review factual, so have to add i was actually happy with the fence, if i had not had a problem with the accuracy of the order this review would have been positive.

Would give them a zero if it was an option. Ordered a planter that was on offer with two free trellis panels. Trellis panels never arrived. They eventually agreed to send me the two complimentary as long as i ordered something. Now they have my money (and months later i still dont have the additional order …) they’ve now emailed to tell me they wont be sending me the free trellis panels after all. Absolute joke Oh and agin their phone lines are ‘down for maintenance’ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

No refund after returning product more than three weeks ago. Customer service non existent. Product is inferior and nowhere near as glossy as its advertising. Avoid this company.

Please avoid this company. Customer Service very poor/inexistent, delivery awful, no communication regarding delivery. Good luck with returns and refunds, as once you raise a query with this company they ignore. ( I guess once they have your money, they do not care.)

Ordered a gate in July. No response. Been calling and emailing weekly. Never respond. Then you get an automated reply saying they are really busy. Taken my money and no goods received.

This company is either an elaborate SCAM or in serious financial trouble. DO NOT USE don’t be fooled by the glossy social media or too good to be true discounts. They take your money fast enough but don’t deliver any products. Ordered a gate in July and still nothing arrived and now getting the run around to get my money back. Currently going through the bank to try and recover that way. They are unresponsive on communications the phone lines do not work. They delete all negative comments on social media posts. It’s a disgrace they are still allowed to trade. I have reported them to trading standards and hope all others who have been scammed by this joke of a company do the same.

Used to be a very good company but the last order was just awful. No way to communicate with them and only obtained refund via chargeback claim with credit card company. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

PLEASE AVOID!!! Bought a 6ft screen months ago, delivered in good time with emails asking me to inspect on arrival. That went ok so we then ordered a gate then the trouble started, paid upfront and waited months, phoned often and told it would be early the next week, didn’t arrive and were ignored thereafter. Raised the issue with PayPal( pointless really ) got our bank to get the refund then got an email from SWE of our cancelled order. Our first delivery is to draw you in then you get scammed. Our bank said they will not be out of pocket and they will get the money back from them. We were lucky to get this resolved, hoping that many more try their bank to get back at this company.

Order placed and delivered all in good time. But the order was damaged in transit so contacted SWE, absolutely no response on any contact medium. Damages happen but what I can’t forgive is the lack of customer support and the distain in which they treat their customers. Quick enough to take your money, buyer beware!

Gate not arrived after three months. Ignored by customer service. Terrible company. I also looked on Companies House website and Screen With Envy moved their accounting period forward by six months in July 2022. This, along with (1) them having hardly any stock for months and (2) continual fire sales for products on ‘back order’ to raise cash, are red flags that could point to cash flow issues and possibility of them going bust. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!

The most disgraceful company who will take your money deliver nothing and then simply ignore you or fob you of with woefully inadequate customer service which is off shore with an agent (sounded like she was in a backyard somewhere as I could hear chickens squawking and dogs barking) clearly following a script and could do nothing. Have received by email 2 very dodgy emails showing my package is with Tuffnells, if I was them I would immediately cancel my contract with Screen for Envy and another email with emojis. They clearly do not know how to run a business and continue to take orders they should be ashamed. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered radiator covers in Nov 21. Told they were coming every month until I cancelled the order in Apr 22. They’ve been processing my refund since then, but despite constant chasing they’ve still failed to repay me. Either completely inept or total con artists and I think I know which
