PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT šŸ˜”šŸ˜”. Iā€™ve spent overĀ£1600 and simply been lied to over and over about delivery . I cannot get through to them and now have been blocked, Iā€™ve managed to get Ā£60 back from a different order that I got from my bank for the disputed goods, that was today . No idea if I will get the rest back. No idea how they are still trading , next week Iā€™ll be visiting their factory if they actually have one . Donā€™t be fooled by the glossy website and family business itā€™s all BULL ā€¦T !, šŸ˜”šŸ˜”

Avoid at all costs. No order update. Had every excuse from staff absence to not being able to speak English and unable to help. Nobody answers the phone! Managed to get through today to be told the items aren't even in stock, quick to take my money though! Order been cancelled via PayPal. Don't waste your money or your time.

First order correct , ordered more and wrong order arrived . Have been trying to communicate with this company for a week and nothing . Had the cheek to us us to give good review. Now taking up valuable space in our garage.

This company is not even worthy of 1star... Absolutely shocking service.... Still waiting for an order worth other 2.5k that was placed in June. Their refund policy is a complete lie as it has been well over 10days and still nothing. This company can not cope with large orders. At one point I was told it was been dispatched... When I contacted them about a tracking number I was told it was done in error and I had to wait another 3weeks.... This keeps getting pushed forward and so many fake promises. Getting the order delivered after summer is a complete joke.... Builders being messed about because of this. Plans all on hold... I am so glad I hadn't placed an order the garage gate and any other bits... Thankfully I managed to stop family and friends ordering from them. Please please do not waste your money.... It is a small business that cannot cope.... There was nothing to say my order would be a preorder... And to wait 3 months is not acceptable.... And if that was the case they should have atleast stick to their refund policy...... I will get a lame response from them to this comment as I have been been getting to all my emails..... Negative feedback gets deleted from their Facebook. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering... So many people have been in a similar situation.... Its only a matter of time they will go bankrupt because they simply cannot cope with demand. They need to be honest instead of fake promises..... I am totally up for supporting small businesses however I would have expected decent service to go with it..... Such a long delay in a refund is not acceptable... They cannot blame anyone else for that except for themself's.... How can it be an admin issue when it's a small family run business.... They just need to ring the other person to process it... I have been blocked from there social media for warning others not to fall for it...

Do not order from Screen with Envy. Poor customer service, no stock avail. I placed my order 31st July and i was told it was in stock i could talk it straight away or wait 3 to 5 working days for free delivery. Till this date still waiting for it. Every time i asked i was told it was awaiting pickup by courier. Then was told it was picked up by courier so i cannot cancel. Only way waswhen they deliver not to accept the order. Today i got email that it was not in stock and it will be end of Sept before it was available. I drove to their office in Aylesbury and cancelled my order. Not sure when i will get the refund. So my advice is DO NOT ORDER from them

Shocking Scam company. My order 156498 was ordered 5 weeks ago They continue to lie or ignore your questions as to the whereabouts of my order. The company should be shut down. CRIMINALS.

We placed an order with them at start of July and are still waiting, this is even after us changing to what they had in stock! We have had four messages saying it has not left their warehouse and they just continually lie to you when you phone. Also, still waiting on a refund for something else for over a month now. Do not fall for their discounts and purchase from them, they are liars and unable to organise themselvesšŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

I would give this dreadful company zero stars if I could. Do NOT buy anything from them. You won't receive it. I ordered a rad cover back in March & it said next day delivery on website. I waited & waited & got fobbed off everytime I went onto chat online to see what was happening. Every time I asked I was told it would arrive the following month. It never did. I asked for my money back & they totally ignored me & never responded. After 5 months I took up a complaint issue through Paypal & eventually got my money back that way. Never again. Save your money & look elsewhere.

Terrible almost scam like company! They take your funds within seconds and six months later still no product. Online chat is an automatic answer no one seems to man and no one ever picks the phone up. Stay away from this itā€™s a scam as far as I can see

Placed an order for two rad covers April 22, still not arrived! Itā€™s now August 22. Terrible customer service, no one contacts you back, have asked for a refund several times no one calls you back - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will be robbed

Whilst the product is good, customer service and attention to detail is severely lacking for a family run business. Our pedestrian gate arrived after a massive 10 week wait, package and one item was damaged, weve got components that seem to be superfluous, yet missing crucial bolts for fixing. Cutting and fixing instructions are vague to say the least, good job I'm an ex tradie, so i do have a clue how to put it together. I've emailed several times, no reply, contacted via online chat several times, no one connects or responds, phoned 3 or 4 times, no one picks up or replies to my voicemails - very frustating and disappointing, not what I would have expected from a family business who you would think would be more switched on. I'll be ordering my next load of panelling from their competitors now that ive compared reviews. All the offers in the world wont make this service any better. Sad!!

We're 7.5k out of pocket, ordered gates and fences months ago and haven't got much to show for it. Left with an unsecure house and massively out of pocket. Scam of a company

Fraudulent company. They advertise stock which they don't have, not even sure they have any premises. Suspect it's the work of a few crooks posing as a lgeit company. They'll take your money, you won't get your products then they'll not refund you. Shocking that companies like this can operate. I've no choice but to try my credit card company and ombudsman now. Avoid avoid avoid!

Appalling! Cancelled order two weeks ago. Was informed that I would get a refund in 3-5 working days. When I called at the beginning of the (2nd) week, they had not even processed the refund. It's now two weeks on and they are still holding my money. They clear your account within seconds of placing the order, issue no invoice which I had to chase up. My experience ...the females answering the phones are really confrontational and challenging whereas the males seem to manage a courteous conversation and just get on with the business. Called them again today, message says call queue is 5 minutes, 30 minutes later message says leave name and phone number !! and end of phone call. Agree with previous 1 star reviews... appalling management of customer service. yet I still wait for my refund !

I would give 0 stars if this was an option but unfortunately it isnā€™t!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered in April for delivery at the end of May / beginning of June. I still havenā€™t received my order, and after many attemps to contact them I have been told the end of September. There is no contact at all from the company unless they are continuously chased, the customer service is the worst I have experienced and no sincerely apologies for their behaviour!! This company do nothing but scam.

Shocking company. How on earth are these cowboys still going. Give it up. They send you broken items and incorrect items then just ignore you. Charles and ivy are slightly more expensive but at least you get what youā€™ve ordered and itā€™s in good condition! Donā€™t bother responding SWE, apologising and tell me to have a good day either!

We ordered Ā£6.5k of fencing in July 22. Which was promised to be delivered within 1-2 weeks on ordering. Then one month later having rung and emailed numerous times with no response. Then on asking for a full refund we were told it would be processed but we might not receive our money back for 30 days. The head of sales said they have no staff, the owners were on holiday - Sophie even stated in a daily mail article that she hasnā€™t met most of them : Her flower-covered Perspex screens to protect customers and staff against Covid in restaurants, offices and beauty salons now make up 20 per cent of her business. ā€˜We hired aggressively, from one staff member last year to 30 now. Lots of them work for me remotely and Iā€™ve never met them, but we have managed to create this incredible team that just gets the business.ā€™ā€™- it shows. Do not use this company.
