“I had a very good experience with second bind. They contacted me very quickly after I filled out the online questions. On the pick up day they contacted me when they were on the way and they picked up everything up right on time. Very good service, very professional and organized. Will definitely recommend to people.”

“They were amazing! I got a call back from them the same day I filled out the request form and we arranged a time for pickup. The showed up in the window indicated and all was well. Customer service was exceptional and everything went smoothly. Didn't know about the tree until after which was a bonus. Keep up the awesome work Second Bind! I have recommended you to others and will always keep you in mind.”

“Super efficient, I sent an email through the website and got a call back within a few days to schedule a pickup for a week or two later. I just placed my box of books outside my door and it was picked up within the given timeframe, no interaction required and very safe. Thanks for the smooth experience!”
