“First time I have ever opted for linen. So glad I did.They are well crafted and luxurious. Selecting bed linen is so time consuming and a stressful affair! So much choice out there. After weeks of internet research - trawling through endless styles, materials, reviews, comparing prices and lead-time - I chose Secret Linen Store and the whole customer experience from order to delivery was transparent and stress free, and I also received a massive discount too. Highly recommend and also enjoyed the packaging. Well done”

“I love all of the bed linen that I have purchased from you and will certainly buy more in future. The staff at the end of the phone are always pleasant and the delivery is prompt and reliable. Only one request and that is to not use staples in the packaging as it is too small for the job and not entirely necessary as the tape is perfectly adequate. I now have to be very cautious when opening my delivery as I have caught my finger in the past on the hidden staples which hides amongst the folds of the packing. Generally delighted with both products and service. Many thanks”
