“The linen fabric didn't feel good on my skin. Sort of irritates. The other non linen set we bought was soft and beautiful. It was hard to get you on the phone tho.. but once I managed to, the service was very good and kind and nice. And the packaging was lovely!”

“imagine my horror when 2 days after using my superb linen sheets i discovered holes in them!!!! I immediately phoned to tell Linen Store and immediately they dispatched a replacement sheet..... so thank you Linen store fro your prompt response........however, i did ask for feedback on 'sheet-gate' but have heard nothing??? i was disappointed not to hear back on their findings”

“A real treat to receive these beautifully packaged sheets and pillow cases. They were especially comfortable during the very hot nights we had recently and a real bonus to be let off the ironing!”

“Very happy with the company service. i got two items, one was great, the other was a pillowcase and I incorrectly presumed a pillowcase was a pillow case! This is a case for a square pillow ... perhaps that could be made clearer. Very good delivery. Well packed. Rosemary”

“This is the second time I have sent this review! The quality and comfort of the mattress topper and pillows is excellent. My only caveat is that the topper is not quite wide enough for the super-king size - two single mattresses attached by a zip fastener. Perhaps you could differentiate between the one-piece super king and the two single super king in future. Other than that it is supremely comfortable.”

“Service is always excellent & responsive. New patterns & colours have been a bit slow to appear. The twill sheets that I've bought in the past are excellent & very easy to maintain.”

“The bedding is very good quality: lovely and soft to sleep in. I love the olive green colour too. Delivery was fast with excellent customer service. There is only one issue: the sizing is slightly large - the double quilt cover is larger than a double quilt and the double fitted sheet is quite baggy even on a deep mattress.”

“Product is lovely but the colour does seem to change quite a lot between natural light and artificial light. Not a huge issue but might be something to be aware of! Lovely quality and fast delivery though, will definitely buy from here again in the future”
