“I would probably give you an “ excellent” star if there was an opportunity to see your products first. I am an old -fashioned ‘girl, and do like to feel and touch items before I buy them. I do understand that you might have a showroom in the future (?) so I may purchase more items if that was the case. Nevertheless, I have been very pleased with what I have so far bought, thank you.”

“Would shop with the secret Linen store again but as yet not been asked to review the product only the shopping experience. The bedding I bought was very expensive and although nice it creases very easily - not what I would expect with the money paid (over £200!!).”

“I love the curtain I've ordered. The product quality was superb! When I decorate another room then I will definitely reorder another curtain and bed linens from you again for sure. Every colours look so pretty, so it's difficult to choose! It's shame that their refund process was a bit poor. (I needed to return some of my order) They couldn't find my return even I've provided my return label. They said one of the digits was wrong which I printed out from their return site. They said it happens sometimes but if they aware of the problem then they should fix it.”

“Love the quality and this is the 2nd set I have bought. The only thing I would say is that I bought Antique Rose colour but it was more purple than I expected however still lovely so kept it.”

“Very efficient service, all good. The only thing I would say, I bought the duck egg blue linen duvet cover and matching pillowcases. The colour is not quite what I would call duck egg blue, more of a sage green. I was so keen to try them out that they were on the bed before I properly noticed!”

“Lovely quality and attractive packaging. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that at the time of ordering during the lockdown, this website stood out as being able to deliver within 5 days (unlike competitors) This was a strong reason for placing my order. I was therefore irritated to receive an email shortly after ordering giving an amended delivery window of 2-3 weeks. I understand that circumstances have been difficult during lockdown, and perhaps I am being unduly cynical and unfair, but it felt like a ploy to get my order. As a gift intended for a birthday, it was disappointing to receive the order 2 weeks too late, even though it is a good product.”

“My pillow cases arrived promptly, the feel is lovely and the colours are beautiful. I will defenitely be buying more bed linen from Molly & Harriet. My only niggle is the amount of costly packaging that was used. I don't need to receive my pillowcases all tied up with a ribbon and tissue paper which will only get thrown away; all people need is a compostable / recyclable paper postage bag.”

“The quality of the goods is excellent, very good customer services. Had to return original or as colour represenation on website was not accurate and the goods I received were not the shade I had hoped for. However, very good exchange and return service.”
