“I was worried that the colours that are online wouldn’t be the same on the linen but so happy that the colours are true to their pictures. The linen also has a lovely feel not too stiff. Really happy with everything.”

“The bed linen is fantastic. But I ordered 5 pillows, they are terrible!!!!!I couldn't sleep on it, it gave me neck and back pain, I don't know what to do with them. Especially since I have bought 24 king size pillow cases from you.”

“The website was easy to navigate. I needed fitted sheets for my mother’s adjustable bed which has a longer mattress. I ordered to sheets and they were promptly dispatched. Due to a glitch in the ordering process the sheets were dispatched to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Luckily I picked this up in time and rang the Secret Linen Store switchboard. They politely and quickly intercepted the delivery process to have the parcel redirected to my mother. The sheets arrived in appropriate packaging with a personal touch. They are perfect for my mother, she loves the feel of them and that they do not ride up or crease when she operates the motor in the bed frame. I am going to order more bedlinen from the Secret Linen Store to give as gifts.”

“The item I bought was advertised and shown as turquoise, however it is more of a petrol blue so was slightly disappointed but item so lovely anyway that I decided to keep it.”

“Really quick delivery and overall I’m very pleased with the valence although it is a tiny bit wider than my bed base and therefore the white part showed a little. However I have scrunched it up under the mattress and it shows less. Yes, it is a little rumpled but that is the style and I love it!”
