“Absolutely gorgeous bedding, just took ages to arrive, which I didn't realise at the time of purchase. I realise now it's because it was made to order but I think that could have been better signposted.”

Good Morning Alexandra Thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent order with us. Our Washed Cotton will get softer with snoozing and washing. Drying as flat as you can either on the line or over a cloth horse will help with making your bed perfect, and a little fabric conditioner added to wash will also help soften up the linen.

“Beautifully soft linen bedding which looks lovely too! Had a bit of an issue with the white linen king sized valance not quite fitting the bed (ie its too small) despite the stated measurements being spot on for my bed, but one side of the bed is against the wall so it's not seen on that side and I've just pulled it down further on the visible side. Also, a shame that the linen valances are not available in the full range of colours that the rest of the linen bedding comes in.”

“It was a wait but then again there is a pandemic and I was contacted about the delay. The customer service is excellent and they sorted out any problems without delay. Soft linen but the colours were much more muted and weaker than I had envisaged from the website. Next time I will ask for samples of the fabric. I had not realised you could do this before purchasing.”

Also one pink pillow case said it was a standard on the label but was actually a super king size which is annoying as it doesn’t match the other one. I’d waited so long I couldn’nt be bothered to complain so that’s down to me.”

“The quality is very good & they’re comfortable to sleep in. However, I was very disappointed with the colour which did not resemble the lovely rich green on the photographs - rather looked washed out.”

We do try to make sure that all our photography is colour perfect, however some screens will differ and show a slightly muted shade. “The order was quickly dispatched, however unfortunately I don't like the linen bedding and find it very uncomfortable to sleep in. I have washed it several times, but it is still unpleasant and I will have to get rid of it. I am very disappointed considering how much it cost and I was expecting a luxury product. Also, I have found the duvet cover and fitted sheet extremely large and I wake up in such a tangle even through I bought the correct sizes. I won't be buying linen bedding again. I am very surprised given the cost, but I just can't sleep in it. I did however like the towels I bought.”

“Problem with first order was speedily sorted although a reminder was needed to prompt promised refund. Replacement item has also proved unsatisfactory and despite forwarding photographic evidence of the problem a week ago, As requested, I am still waiting for a response. On the whole I do like this company but quality is not consistent and customer service, though cheerful, is not the speediest.”

“Had to return linen after first wash, as colour ran. Customer service were very helpful and I was refunded. Still waiting for response on what happened to bedding and whether I should purchase a new set? Don’t want the same thing to happen again.”

“The linen feels rougher than the duvet and pillowcases we bought from a different provider. It is very loose on our deep king sized mattress and subsequently I am sleeping on uncomfortable wrinkles. Measurements seemed right at the time of ordering but perhaps our mattress is not as deep as some?”

“I ordered 2 pillows. My partner is very happy with his, but mine is a bit too firm right now. I ordered firm as often medium isn’t right either. I love your products, our quilt which we invested in 3 years ago is fantastic. I will perservere with it and hopefully it will soften up.”

“The products are fantastic and the delivery was very fast but the box my order arrived in was bashed and broken and could easily have meant the products inside were lost or damaged. I spent a lot of money so felt that aspect was very poor”

“Hi, bit skimpy on the filling for the duvet. Not sure I'm happy with this. If you hold it up to daylight you can see some pockets have barely a small handful of filling.”
