“The items were beautifully packaged and of good quality, unfortunately didn't match what I intended for them so needing to return them and that's when things have gone slightly wrong. I have requested a return label twice now because if you return within 3mths it is free but as yet I haven't received anything. Would have given an excellent score otherwise.”

“Good quality fabric and I like the duvet cover pattern but the duvet cover is already ripped around one button hole when I opened the packet. The purple deep sheets and pillowcases are a totally different colour to the online image. Such a shame as my mum bought these sheets 2 years ago in purple and they were a lovely bright purple colour so I wanted to get the same. However, the ones I received are so dark, almost black despite the picture online looking bright. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to this delivery and even bought a ‘matching’ bright purple throw too which now doesn’t match.”

“The customer service is great with friendly and helpful staff. The website is easy to use. The only issue was the actual product itself. Advertised as "sensationally soft" with a "smooth sateen finish", I found the twill weave of this particular style to be quite rough and a little uncomfortable against the skin. In warmer weather this is an issue as there is more skin in contact with the sheets. So I will put them away until winter. The colour and the look of the sheets are lovely and they don't crease in the wash.”

“My previous purchases of bed linen were from Eve as I’d bought a mattress from them. Saw your advert and thought I’d give you a try. Sorry but will be staying with Eve. There quality is just as good and most importantly cheaper. Which in these difficult times is important. Regards Kim”

“Your service, as always, is excellent. I recently bought towels from you and do have comments on these. Their appearance, colour, texture and drying quality are all good. However I am disappointed that a number of loose threads have appeared after only one washing. I have had to cut these off to restore appearance, but fear this may have weakened the fabric.”

“I made a purchase of two pillow cases and a sheet during the sale as a treat for myself, as I am a pensioner. The bedding when it arrived looked lovely and I very much liked the pebble grey. Unfortunately, I had ordered a fitted sheet, rather than the flat one I had wanted to fit my unusually sized bed. Secret linen store offered to exchange, but at full price, as the sale was now over. I kept the sheet and will now always be slightly disappointed as it does not fit properly. Had the SLS been a little kinder and more accommodating I would have had a better shopping experience and probably become a regular customer.”

“The colour ' Vintage Rose' is not as delivered. It is more like 'Vintage Purple'. I am extremely disappointed. I searched very hard to find this colour and spent more with you for the same colour - purple - I could have bought cheaper from other places. Please do not tell me that the colour varies because I have been to your website again and the difference is outstanding. The colour you have sent me is more the 'Aubergine' that would ever be describes as Vintage Rose and how it looks on the website.”

“The seersucker duvet cover and pillows I bought are beautiful and super comfy, but I’ve only had them a few weeks and all the buttons have already come off the quilt in the wash, which is very irritating.”
