“Beautiful product - colour is great and as expected. Only reason I haven't given it five stars is because we found what I think is maybe a small bleach stain on one side of the sheet? It's easily ignored but would be nice if it wasn't there. Would order again”

“Over all we have been pleased with our two purchases however the Duvet ordered has a not so great smell, which were trying to sort by hanging outside for now but it does make the room some what unpleasant when first entering.”

“Excellent service and lovely linen.Fitted sheet is very deep and easy to apply and the texture and colour ( I chose aubergine ) are superb.The sizes are generous. Wish it was a bit easier to iron .”

“Our new duvet cover and pillow cases are really lovely. I wish that you could provide oxford pillow cases as they finish off the look so well. Also our mattress is 20cm deep and on your website you say that your sheet will fit any depth mattress, but we're finding that it doesn't fit snuggly at all and my husbands side is all crinkly.”

“It really depends what you're buying from the Secret Linen Store. Molly and Harriet's plain towels are fabulous - just the right weight and texture to dry you and dry themselves quickly. The grey is one of the best greys I've seen. Whilst the bed linen - I've bought the 100% linen, small stripes and now discontinued large grey stripes - is great from an aesthetic design point of view, the quality of the textile is not very good, quite coarse, and I imagine not that expensive. The finishing isn't great either. I usually buy bed linen from the Linen Works - where it costs a fortune but the quality of textile and finishing is excellent. Whilst I appreciate that Harriet and Molly are positioning their brand as less expensive, if you like the secret way of getting fabulous linen for less than luxury pricing, for me the quality/price trade off doesn't quite work. Might it be an idea to develop a proper luxury range? Not sure. Thank you for the towels anyway!”
