“Good quality linen, slightly lighter weight that expected but lovely to sleep under compared to others I have bought that can be slightly harsh on the skin. It washes up beautifully. Lovely , inventive and quirky packaging. Would buy again”

“The only complaint I have as being a regular customer for the last year or so and having spent a considerable sum on bed linen automatic discounts are not applied. I was entitled to 12% on my last order, but, of course could not find the appropriated card at the time. The products though are excellent, as is the delivery service.”

“I love the towels. The website is easy to navigate and payment process is good. Delivery is prompt. All packaging is recyclable with the exception of the plastic bag that each towel was in. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars.”

“Molly and Harriet are obviously very experienced linen retailers and it shows. The most affordable, high quality pure linen bedwear (is that a word?!) on the market - although it is not quite as fine and well made as the Linen Works - but excellent for the price. One comment - the inside finishing is not as good as it might be - lumps of thread in the corners - not what you want to find when you open your new bed linen. The supersoft striped bedlinen that has been discontinued is a wonderful texture (like old Conran Bed used to be). My absolute favourite from Secret Linen is the plain charcoal towels. A bit flat you think when you first receive them - but after one wash, they are lovely and exactly as described - very soft and effective in use, and dry very quickly. Also, as far as I can see, the best shade of grey on the market. Delighted to have discovered Secret Linen. Please could you produce more lines in the superset feels like washed a million times textile.”

“I love my new duvet cover and pillows cases. The material is beautiful and the colour perfect for my room. My purchase arrived on time and was we packaged. Unfortunately one of the pillow cases has split along the seam after only 2 washes. It looks as if the material has frayed.”

“I would say five star but the colour was a disappointment. It was more a dark grey or charcoal than a subtle blue. The web site colour was totally misleading. However, the linen is of good quality so I decided to keep the duvet and pillow set.”
