“Quality of goods appears high but it is too early to say haw they perform with time and use. I was very disappointed with the colour of the denim yellow pillow cases it a much fuller shade than appears on the web page and is not at all what I need. I do not think they will match the room I had intended to use them in.”

“Lovely valence with a generous fit - my only warning would be that it's decribed as dove grey but it's more a deep neutral but it works with my colour scheme so I'm happy”

“I bought the artichoke duvet cover. It is a great size and colour and looks lovely on the bed. The only down side is the softness of the cotton as it feels a bit rough and scratchy even after washing with fabric conditioner”

“We ordered a duvet cover, pillow cases and sheets. The butterfly cover looks great and feels fantastic. Good service, no problem with ordering and delivery was sooner than expected, which is always a plus.”

“As previously indicated, the sheets were nicely packed. The sheets felt a bit thin to me I'm afraid. Washed as directed, but I haven't used them yet as they were purchased for a holiday cottage. I also welcomed the inclusion of a Tea Pig, which has made me a confirmed favourite.”

“When I unwrapped my parcel, the presentation of the items was very professional and said "A quality item" . I am probabaly used to a High Street product so found ironing more difficult than usual. However there was advice on ironing Secret Linen items. Once ironed it looks good on the bed. I love the idea of contrasting sides so there are two different colour ways from one duvet cover.”

“The pattern and colour was as described. The fabric is a little scratchy with the pattern on it which I didn't realise it would be. We are hoping after a few washes it will ease up a little. Other than that it is a great price for a duvet cover.”

“Dear Secret Linen Team, Thanks very much for my fitted sheet and pillow cases. Very sweet package. I was a bit disappointed by an imperfection in the cloth on the sheet however (can send a photo). I'd return but I'm so tired with chemotherapy treatment at the mo I haven't the energy. But I still wanted to flag it up as everything else about your products and approach is lovely. I enjoyed the folding video, had almost figured it out! With best wishes”

“I ordered a duvet cover. The website was easy to use, and the goods arrived in good time. Very pleased with the product. Disappointing that the pillowcases I wanted were not in stock to order at the same time, especially since post and packing has to be paid for. Secret linen Store has probably lost this sale as I may get similar ones elsewhere. I would use this outlet again.”
