“Very nicely finished on linen. However the linen is thick, not finer than I expected therefore heavier and hotter to sleep under. Just to be aware of. Service and site is very good.”

“Item arrived promptly. Very pleased with colour and feel of duvet cover. The only criticism I have is that when I turned it inside out lots of bits of linen came off the inside and went everywhere.”

“I am very pleased with my duvet cover. I will not be able to iron it as it is extremely heavy! And I am very old!! ,lt will be fine, we have used it and found it very cosy”

“Disappointed that the design I chose does not have housewife pillow cases. Only Oxford. That wasn't clear to me when I ordered. And that the duvet cover is one large "wrap over "piece and not seamed top and bottom. Just like a fabric bag. Looks cheap”

“Nice quality and very comfortable. Washes well. Slightly too large for my standard double duvet though so lots of flappy bits around the edge. Not sure why but can live with that.”

“Lovely quality linen - quite thick and also very soft. Washes beautifully. Will definitely buy again. I bought antique/ vintage rose pillow cases - and the actual colour was slightly darker and less "washed" than it looked in brochure.”

“Really lovely linen - beautifully packaged. There was the tiniest blemish on first but the exchange procedure was perfectly handled and had a brand new duvet set within a few days. Would definitely use the company again. That said, When thinking about the planet, I’m a little disappointed to have started getting marketing leaflets/letters through my door...”

“Overall it has been a good experience and I’m really happy with my cushions and loving the feel of the linen bedding but the amount of fluff/fibres that have come off the duvet cover and pillow cases is quite astounding! And I don’t like the way my duvet is now covered in navy fibres and At first I was constantly having to vacuum the bedroom and my eyes were itching. I did wonder if it advised to wash them before first use which might have reduced the problem”

“Very pleased with the quality. My only concern that may prevent me buying more is that the king size fitted sheets are very big and don't fit snugly around our kind sized mattress”

“Excellent service. I love the linen bedding, it’s what I would call ‘winter weight’, so ideal for now. Not sure how ‘cool’ it will feel in the summer. I hate ironing, especially bedding, so am trying to get used to the natural slightly creased look.”

“From a previous order I received, the quality was very nice. I'd be happy to order again if they could ship to Canada. I ordered from Peter Reed and had it shipped to Canada no problem.”
