“I purchased the microfibre pillow in firm but it was too bulky. So I purchased the same pillow in medium, it was still too bulky for my father. I am using the pillows when I read in bed as they are very supportive. They just didn’t suit my father. They arrived very well packaged. I just find pillows extremely difficult to buy.”

“Really happy with my linen duvet cover and pillows, very soft and effortless. Disappointed with the linen sheet I purchased which was scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep on - was hoping the quality would match my other items. I have been reassured by that this should improve with time, and two washes in, its softened up a bit, but for this price point (by far the most I have ever spent on sheets) I would have expected it to be excellent from day 1.”

“Really like the bedding, beautifully packaged and good quality. The only reason not 5 stars is, I thought it would be more linen like, itis shinier than expected, but very cool and comfortable for sleeping.”

“Received the 100% linen bedding set in charcoal for Christmas, lucky me! I adore the natural feel of it against my skin and of course it looks fabulous. Supplemented it with a pair of the ticking pillow cases in grey. They go beautifully and in contrast to the linen have a soft silky feel to them. It all came stylishly packaged, with comprehensive washing instructions/tips and I couldn't be happier.”

“Bedlinen and pillows arrived beautifully packaged. Cotton bedlinen is of good quality and well priced. We are a bit disappointed with the medium pillows because they just seem a little too full which makes them feel firm rather than medium. We haven't returned them as it is too much hassle, but we would not purchase more as they are just too firm for our taste.”

“The service was great, my bedlinen arrived very quickly. The colour is exactly as shown on the website and the duvet & pillow cases are wonderfully soft and snuggly. My only complaint is that the fitted sheet doesn’t seem to be the same thread count & it is rough. My husband really doesn’t like it at all. I am hoping with a few washes it will soften up - I have told him that anyway.”

“I ordered four king size pillows during the Christmas break so had to wait slightly longer than usual for them. However, when they arrived I was delighted with the quality - and the canvas storage bags they arrived in (a nice touch) have since been utilised to make four lovely big grocery shopping bags so haven’t gone to waste. The one slight criticism I have is not knowing how long they would take to arrive, or how, but that could have been due to the company being closed during the festive break. I did email in the New Year to check the order was progressing and had a very quick and positive response. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Secret Linen again in future.”
