“I was t aware that my mattress topper would take so long to arrive when ordering. This needs to be clearer at point of order. I rang up and the woman that I spoke who was very helpful and accommodating. I was hoping for a pre Christmas delivery due to visitors coming to stay. I like the Secret Linen company matters toppers so kept my order. It should arrive next week.”

“It was a gift to my sister, so I don't really know what it was like. However, she loved the pillow and said it was good quality, beautifully made and well packaged. Glad you got it to her earlier than stated and in time for Christmas.”

“Wonderful in every way (great colours, feel and price) except for the shedding! Even after several washes there is fluff all over the floor, the seams of the duvet and the mattress cover....”

“The linen sheets are fab ... however I’ve had an issue with the pillows ... and it’s taken quite some time for customer services to get back to me ... I’m still waiting for a response ...!but I’m understanding as it’s Xmas time and I expect they are very busy ... I got 4 pillows which are the best pillows I’ve ever had so I wanted to order more of the same for the rest of my large family ... but when I received them they were completely different!! Still waiting for a response for my issue I decided to order more pillows which I thought might be the same and again they are not what I expected ... so now I could open a pillow store !! I still want more of the original pillows I got”

“Absolutely LOVE the feel and look of the sheets. The only problem we’ve found is that the king size sheets are too big for our king size duvet? Not sure why but we are still able to use them. Thanks for incredibly comfortable sheets.”

“I've been buying from Secret Linen for a few years now. I love the products and in the past I've introduced others to them by buying vouchers. When I tried recently to buy vouchers for my daughter and partner I was told you don't do them any more because of a change in your computer / software system. I think this is a great shame because, having stocked up so well on bedding now, I'm unlikely to need more, so probably won't be a customer in the future. If you still did vouchers I would have given 5 stars.”

“Order arrived quickly, nicely packaged. Unfortunately, the measurements weren't quite right for my king size bed so I had to return the item which was simple to do and I was refunded quickly. No complaints!”
