“I love my linen sheets. They are cosy and warm to touch. I’m glad I stumbled on Secret Linen Store while hunting for bedding. Service excellent. The voucher for a discount on a further purchase is very welcome.”

“Haven’t actually used them yet . They came besutymifully packaged with a sachet of tea in with discount ticket on my next order. The linen bag they were in ilovely . Just one small thing doesn’t need to have so many labels on each pillow (3) is a bit much . Looking forward to my next purchase think it will be a duvet”

“I wasn’t sure about buying bed linen online from a company I hadn’t heard of, but my experience was excellent. The duvet cover and pillow cases arrived on time, beautifully packaged with no unnecessary additional plastic packaging, and a lovely tea bag inside which I greatly enjoyed. I ordered the seersucker bedding as I didn’t want to have to iron it. I think that is the only option for non-iron - if you had more options then I would definitely buy more. Many thanks, Lizzy”

“This is a lovely company to do business with. I ordered some curtains that were unfortunately (and at my fault) not the correct length. The ordering and returns process is very easy, delivery and refund quick with god email communication. Having had to speak to them by phone on a couple of occasions each person is unfalteringly polite and helpful. If only ore companies were able to provide such excellent service. Oh, and I wish I’d have been able to keep the items I ordered as the quality was excellent.”

“The linen sheets are fab ... however I’ve had an issue with the pillows ... and it’s taken quite some time for customer services to get back to me ... I’m still waiting for a response ...!but I’m understanding as it’s Xmas time and I expect they are very busy ... I got 4 pillows which are the best pillows I’ve ever had so I wanted to order more of the same for the rest of my large family ... but when I received them they were completely different!! Still waiting for a response for my issue I decided to order more pillows which I thought might be the same and again they are not what I expected ... so now I could open a pillow store !! I still want more of the original pillows I got”
